Mouth ulcer Painfull Discomfort in eating
Male | 21
Mouth sores can be quite uncomfortable, often leading to pain during meals and daily activities. These ulcers may arise from stress, certain foods, or deficiencies in vitamins like B12 and folate. To alleviate discomfort, consider rinsing with warm saltwater and avoiding spicy or acidic foods. Over-the-counter topical medications may help soothe irritation. Maintaining hydration and a balanced diet is also beneficial. If your symptoms persist for more than a week or worsen, I recommend consulting a dentist for further evaluation and personalized treatment options.

Hi my father has a severe problem of aphthous ulcer. It first happened in 2016. The condition was so bad that we had to admit him to the hospital. After that he was fine. But in last 6 months it repeated two times. We were aware of the condition so he got the treatment early. But my question is why it is happening again and again? We visited a doctor at Bayrampasa but were not satisfied. Can you suggest a good doctor in Istanbul who handles this type of patient earlier?
Apthous ulcer is mainly due to stress ;constipation and vitamin b complex deficiency. The following problems should be addressed and by its treatment. Vitamin n b complex Syrup 15 ml minimum for a period of one month one time daily. Mucopain gel thrice daily before having on ulcer site or as prescribed by Dentist.

I'm 24 year old female and I have misalignment in my teeth .
Female | 24
Misaligned teeth can result in various issues, such as difficulty in chewing, speech problems, or increased wear on your enamel. This misalignment often stems from genetics, thumb sucking during childhood, or jaw development issues. Solutions like braces or clear aligners can be effective in correcting alignment over time. I encourage you to schedule a consultation with an orthodontist, who can assess your unique situation and personalize a treatment plan.

Frequent mouth ulcers and burning sensations in your legs and feet can be concerning. Mouth ulcers every 15 days might indicate a deficiency or an underlying health issue while burning feet could be a sign of neuropathy. Please consult a dentist for your mouth ulcers and a neurologist for the burning sensation in your legs and feet.

I have a concern regarding my teeth as they are slightly protruding, and I’m considering braces treatment. Could you please let me know if such treatment is available at a low cost or for free in government hospitals? Also, I would appreciate information on how to apply for this treatment.
Female | 21
This condition, often caused by genetics or misalignment, can be effectively addressed with braces. Many government hospitals offer orthodontic services at reduced rates or, in some cases, for free, especially for eligible individuals. To explore this, I recommend visiting your local health facility or their website for details on enrollment and application procedures. It's crucial to consult with a dentist who can assess your specific situation and recommend the best course of treatment.

I have class II malocclusion and tongue thrust, what treatment I need?
Female | 23
Class II malocclusion is most of the time expressed as troubled teeth that are not in the right place in the mouth that can cause discomfort and interfere with bite function. Tongue thrusting, which is when the tongue moves causing the teeth to push during swallowing or speaking, can be an added factor to this problem. The approach generally includes wearing orthodontic implants like braces or aligners that help in the right placement of your teeth. Another alternative is speech therapy in the correction of tongue thrusting. It is mandatory to get in touch with a dentist who will give you a personalized plan fit for your needs.

Your tongue has developed issues such as being yellowish and sore with a lesion on one side. These signs may result from failure to clean your mouth regularly or alterations in your sense of taste. To ease its discomfort, you can try softly brushing it and taking water. However, should this condition persist, seek further assistance from a dentist.

Your wisdom tooth is giving you some discomfort. Sideways growing wisdom teeth can cause problems like inflammation, pain, and chewing challenges. Sometimes it has progressed even infecting your tonsils. Opting for extraction is often the most effective way to solve the problem. Visit a dentist to get it extracted.

I have a wisdom tooth coming up , my whole teeth hurts , I have pains , what should I do
Female | 28
Your wisdom tooth seems to be causing you some problems. When a wisdom tooth tries to come through but does not have enough space to do so, it can be painful. The pain might also affect your other teeth nearby. Try rinsing your mouth with warm salt water - this can help to reduce the pain and swelling. You may want to take over-the-counter painkillers such as ibuprofen too. If the pain does not go away or gets worse, then it is best if you see a dentist as soon as possible.
