I am diabetic having Hba1c 6.6 and below upto 6.3 for last 2 years. My problem is that every time my mouth remains dry even after drinking water frequently. Since I don't have any idea to whom I need to consult regarding this,I consulted Dentist in this regard. He advised me to use SALEVA,a solution for dry mouth twice a day. It relieves for some hours but for remaining time,I am not comfortable. My mouth becomes so dry that I donot find any sputum most of the time and hence facing swallowing problem. As per the advice of dentist I am using sugar free chewing gum 'ORBIT' also. Please suggest, what to do.

Hello Doctor, My grandmother age is 72. She has Diabetes, BP, urinary tract infection. Recently, a mild cyst found in her kidney through CT Scan. 15 days ago, her condition went serious and we joined her In hospital. Her sugar levels were 600mg/dl. Doctors treated her and dropped her sugar levels to normal. Now, she is mentally not stable and taking full bed rest. She is unable to stand or sit on her own. She is able to recognise all of us and can eat or drink on her own. But she is very week and mentally disturbed so much. She talks unrelated. Please suggest what treatment we should take for her. i have diabetes for 2yrs or more but till last year my repriductive organ is normal but forcpast 2months when masterbating also my organ is smaller in size.. but ejaculation occurs normal but size is small. is it due to diabetes or over masterbation
