I'm having weight gain since last 2 yrs gradually.. But I was not conscious about my weight.. But now days I have noted that I'm gaining weight even if I eat normally.. I'm not gaining weight when I didn't eat at all for a day ... I have been 60s in last year .. and now. I'm 75-76kgs ..and my hight is about 157 cms..
