I’m 20 year old female. I have had unprotected sex on 26th oct. Then on 9th Nov I got my periods but starting 2-3 day my bleeding was really less but after that the bleeding was proper till 18th Nov. then my period ended properly. But again today on 20th Nov I’m bleeding again really less but still. What does this mean? This is not pregnancy right?

I was fingering my self but i felt that i got scratched but i didn't felt any pain not even after finishing fingering but it bleeds a little bit and also its my fifth day of period. Please tell something i dont wanna visit doctor as i cannot go alone and my parents don't know about it.
