My father ( age 80) is having varicose veins and later due to some jit to foot he got partial foot drop and toes are dragged. He is walking in that foot kid of limping way. Hyperechoic thromboembolus is seen at mid and distal part of brachial artery (before bifurcation) No flow on Doppler, s/o significant block Hypoechoic thormboembolus is seen in proximal part of ulnar artery. No flow in radial and ulnar arteries.
