Sclerotherapy does not generally hurt, but as this procedure requires injections, thus it can get painful at times:
- Some chemicals known as sclerosants are injected, which cause pain. Especially If they get deposited outside the vein into the surrounding tissues.
- Sclerosants irritate the targeted vessel, causing them to swell and cut off the flow of blood or lymphatic fluid, thus forcing the vessels to shrink.
- If not pain, some patients still experience discomfort or cramping during the procedure, but these symptoms diminish quickly.
- Most patients are able to return to their daily activities immediately after undergoing this procedure.
- Take acetaminophen-based pain medicine such as Tylenol to treat any pain or discomfort following this treatment.
- Elevating legs in an appropriate manner will help deal with post-sclerotherapy pain as well!

Sclerotherapy is not very painful. only the superficial veins that are injected can cause temperory mild pain. you will be given some analgesia to avoid this pain and can be kept very comfortable during the procedure.

Latest tacnic of vericose treatment
महिला | 69
Vericose veins are large, twisted veins that make your legs swell, hurt, and ache. They happen when the valves in the veins stop working correctly. One common treatment is sclerotherapy. In this procedure, a solution gets injected into the vein. The vein then shrinks and eventually disappears completely. If you think you have vericose veins, visit a doctor. They'll evaluate your condition and decide on the right treatment.

Male | 39
Varicose veins occur when the veins in the leg can be big and swollen and they can be twisted. They are the ones that usually remain visible and they may be blue or purple. Some people feel as if their legs are heavy or are in pain. Being active, resting your legs at a higher level, and using compression stockings can be things that can help. If it irritates you a lot, visit a doctor.

Hi Ma'am Good morning For me doctor send go for surgery. Main vain was damaged. Any other option is there ji with out surgery. Can you give me surgery
Female | 42
Your concern is valid. Vein damage warrants surgery in many instances. Untreated vein issues risk clots and swelling. Surgery addresses circulation issues, preventing complications. Rarely, alternatives exist, though doctor's guidance remains crucial for optimal results. The vein's condition primarily determines treatment approach. Consulting your physician helps understand options for your specific case.

You have developed a serious condition such as arterial thrombosis, where your arteries are blocked by blood clots. This may cause you to experience symptoms such as pain, coldness, and numbness in your arm. Among the factors that can cause arterial thrombosis are things such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or smoking. You might need a medical process called thrombectomy to remove the clots and recover the blood circulation. It is essential to abide by your doctor's orders and follow the treatment plan to avoid further health issues.
