Hello, today I had a deep massage session for my chest and stomach. The pain was horrible in my chest. Till now I can feel it in my bones when I move, so I’m just concerned about the pain. Is it normal? I tried to get up minutes before and I felt dizziness in my eyes and I couldn’t see clearly, I also felt coldness in my fingers and heard noises in my ears It was just for seconds
Female | 20
It's not normal to feel terrible chest pain after having a massage. Dizziness, blurred vision, cold hands and noises in the ears are not good signs following a massage. This could happen if certain areas were pressed during the massage or if blood circulation was affected. You should take a break, drink some water and use a warm cloth to calm your muscles down. Seek medical help if the symptoms continue or become worse.

Finger pain and swelling and sitness after surgery
Male | 20
Experiencing discomfort and edema in a digit after an operation can commonly occur. This might be due to inflammation or fluid accumulation as part of the healing process. While these issues are frequently benign, it's vital to monitor your symptoms closely. Gentle movement and resting the hand can help alleviate discomfort. Applying ice may reduce swelling, while over-the-counter pain relief can provide comfort. However, if the issues persist or worsen, I strongly recommend reaching out to your orthopedist. They can assess your progress and ensure your recovery stays on track.

I am feeling mild pain in my waist to knee vein while standing position since 4 days. no problem in sitting, walking or running. in first day i felt numbing sense too. i have worry about vericose vein.
Male | 31
Some of your symptoms might be related to varicose veins, which are enlarged veins that can vary in color and shape. They often cause discomfort and dull pain. Prolonged standing can worsen this pain. The numbing sensation you felt might be due to insufficient blood flow through the veins. To improve circulation, try elevating your legs when lying down and wearing compression stockings. Additionally, regular exercise and avoiding excessive sleep can help. Keep an eye on your symptoms, and if the pain worsens or becomes severe, visit an orthopedist.

Hi, about a week ago, I had pain in my left neck to the shoulder and arm. The pain lasted about a day and then the next day was on and off.
Female | 26
The injury that you have described might be a muscle strain or a cervical nerve compression. You should consult an orthopedic doctor or a neurologist for proper diagnosis and therapy. If the pain lasts or increases, do not ignore it.
