1. Bulky uterus with tiny seedling fibroids adenomyosis: A bulky uterus with tiny seedling fibroids and adenomyosis can cause heavy or painful periods and pelvic pain. It’s essential to consult a gynecologist for proper diagnosis and treatment options.
2. Features of chronic cystic cervicitis changes: Chronic cystic cervicitis refers to inflammation of the cervix, which may cause discomfort or irregular discharge. Please consult a gynecologist for appropriate treatment and further advice.
3. Grade I Fatty changes in Liver: Grade I fatty liver is an early stage of liver fat accumulation, often related to diet or lifestyle. Consulting a hepatologist or a gastroenterologist can help you manage this condition effectively.
4. No obstructing renal/ureteric calculus: The absence of obstructing renal or ureteric calculi indicates no significant kidney stones causing blockage. However, if you're experiencing symptoms, consult a urologist for further evaluation and care.

Got inflammation results in pap smear but not at all cancerous, then is it recommended to go for HPV vaccination
Female | 41
the best advice I can give you is to follow your gynecologist's instructions. You have to keep monitoring inflammation through regular clinic visits and your doctor should always be consulted in case of any abnormalities. Even though the inflammation itself may not be cancerous, it could still be the product of HPV, which, in turn, is linked to cancer. In case you have not yet received the HPV vaccine, you may suggest taking it as a preventative measure.

After using birth control pills long-term, your body adjusts when you stop. It's normal for your cycle to take time to normalize. Worrying is okay, but consult a gynecologist. They'll advise you personally on conceiving.

Sex k bad 72 unwanted kit use ki thi 2 time date aa chuki h and 3 time nahi ai h
Female | 19
It is rather common to employ an emergency contraceptive pill such as the 72-hour kit after sex. Every so often, it has the potential to disrupt your period cycle. If you have experienced it two times and your period has come two times, but the third time has not come, it may be because of the pill. Hang on a bit, and if you are concerned, consult with a gynecologist for some advice.

I have pelvic cramps for over a year now. I tested positive for strep B and now wonder whether I could have pelvic inflammatory disease. I was put on doxycycline and metronizdale as a precaution, which was stopped after 7 days because my STD screening was negative, However, now my cramps feel worse.

i have been having white vaginal discharge for past 2-3 days and my period is due for this week ali though i have pcos. i had sex while using a condom and then it was also withdrawn about 3 weeks back . i am really really worried about pregnancy because i read that this could be a sign although i experience this kind of discharge before every menstruation
Female | 21
The reason for this is that before a period begins, a discharge of this nature is usually a result of hormonal changes. If you have been using protection during intercourse, then do not worry too much it is not always a sign of being pregnant. But if you are still worried, take a pregnancy test just to be sure everything is okay.

Pregnancy I am having cramp in my lower abdomen what to do
Female | 37
You may experience lower belly discomfort during pregnancy - it's quite common. These cramps likely stem from your body adjusting as baby develops. Sometimes, dehydration or constipation worsen cramps. Stay hydrated, consume fiber-rich foods to avoid this. However, if intense cramps occur with bleeding, promptly notify a gynecologist.

When is it safe to take a pregnancy test

For accurate results, take a home pregnancy test after you have missed your period or a few days before if the test claims to be early detection. Use morning urine for accuracy and follow the test instructions carefully as given.

Can you tell me I am 18 years old never had sex and my mensuration is not proper last time it was normal this time the blood is not coming out when I wipe it there is brownish red jelly blood but not on my napkin
Female | 18
The sight of brownish-red jelly-like discharge instead of the usual menstrual flow can be scary. It may be through hormonal changes or stressful times that are common in young girls. If you have not been sexually active then getting pregnant is unlikely. Make sure to visit a gynecologist to discuss these treatment options and all of the ways to manage these symptoms.

I would like to start the conceptive pill, my period is late and I’m not pregnant, can I still get started on the pill
Female | 21
It is normal to have late periods without being pregnant; there are different causes, such as stress, disruption of your normal routine or hormonal imbalances. You should find out the reasons for your missed cycle before taking birth control pills. If you are sure that you are not pregnant and your gynecologist says so, begin taking them, but do not forget to follow every instruction given.

It's unlikely that symptoms like headache and vomiting are related to pregnancy immediately after sex on June 1st. These symptoms can have various causes, such as stress or a viral infection. If there are concerns about pregnancy, it's best to consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation and advice.

Hello. I was supposed to start my period march 15-18. However, instead I saw spotting super lightly with a brown coloured discharge since March 13th. I spotted here and there. But it goes on until now. Usually I have very intense periods. I start having cramps and tenderness in the breast area a week prior and then once my period starts, I keep having cramps and I bleed heavily past 4 to 5 days. I haven’t had any period symptoms, no cramps, no tenderness and no blood. I’ve only been feeling intense nausea lately late at night/early mornings.
Female | 25
Changes in your regular period cycle seem to be happening. Brown spotting instead of full flow can occur for multiple reasons. It may be caused by hormonal shifts, stress levels, or adjustments in your daily life. Intense nausea at night could also indicate hormonal fluctuations or stomach troubles. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and have smaller meals more frequently. If these issues continue, consulting a gynecologist would be wise for further assessment and advice.

I have done my first IUI on 23rd April 24. My First day of LMP was on 8th April 24. When can I expect pregnancy test and symptoms related to Pregnancy. My average menstrual cycle period varies from 26-28 days
Female | 33
If your menstrual cycle normally runs between 26 and 28 days, the best time for an accurate pregnancy test would be around May 7th to 10th. Symptoms such as getting tired easily, having tender breasts, feeling sick to your stomach, and needing to pee more often than before can start showing up after about four weeks or six weeks into a pregnancy which are caused by hormonal changes that take place in the body.

Missed periods are common. They can stem from several factors like stress, weight fluctuations, and hormone imbalances. If you're young, near menopause, or have conditions such as PCOS, irregular periods may occur. Remain calm and monitor your cycle. However, frequent irregularities or additional symptoms should prompt consulting a gynecologist for guidance.

My period was 1 day late as at yesterday and I took postinor 2 that same yesterday and I haven't even seen any spotting till now
Female | 30
Postinor 2 may cause a delay in your menstrual cycle but it is not a guaranteed method of contraception. Talk to your gynecologist for further tests to determine the cause of the delay and rule out any underlying medical conditions.
