Why have I missed my period after using Unwanted Kit twice?
Sex k bad 72 unwanted kit use ki thi 2 time date aa chuki h and 3 time nahi ai h
Gynecologist
Answered on 6th Sept '24
It is rather common to employ an emergency contraceptive pill such as the 72-hour kit after sex. Every so often, it has the potential to disrupt your period cycle. If you have experienced it two times and your period has come two times, but the third time has not come, it may be because of the pill. Hang on a bit, and if you are concerned, consult with a gynecologist for some advice.

if i got a tetanus vaccine two months back and i got a metal cut now from shaving razors should i get a vaccine, to be more precise, I got the cut on my right hand's thumb
Male | 14
You should be okay if your tetanus shot was recent. The tetanus bacteria enters through cuts like shaving nicks. Be alert for muscle stiffness or trouble swallowing. Those could signal tetanus, so see a doctor immediately. But if you don't have issues, keep the wound clean and watch for infection signs. There's no need to panic with a current tetanus vaccination.

Iam 35 years old female n I was wondering how did I get Cervical cancer
Female | 35
The problem of cervical cancer is caused when the cells in the cervix get as a matter of fact, out of hand. The primary connection is through the HPV virus, which is transmitted during sexual activities. Some non-specific symptoms may also be there including the following: bleeding from the unusual site the woman has never experienced before, pain during sex, and pelvic pain. The use of Pap smears and HPV vaccines is one of the ways to minimize the risk of cervical cancer. This may happen to the p. by surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy.

Period problem hairfall low bp
Female | 24
Your irregular periods could result in low blood pressure, dizziness, fatigue, and hormonal changes causing hair loss. You should consume a balanced diet, drink plenty of fluids, and rest adequately. You might experience heavy flow during menstruation leading to period problems. Hormonal fluctuations throughout your cycle can also trigger hair fall. Maintain proper hydration and nutrition to manage these symptoms effectively. Seek guidance from a gynecologist if the condition does not improve.

I am having periods after every 12 days of previous period cycle. Having heavy flow and can stop the flow of blood for weeks. Drops o blood always appear during the post period week. I am being administer with Glyciphage SR 500 by my gynaecologist and Regestrone 5 mg but that doesn't seem to work well . Previously I had done several reports of hormonal function and others but every report was okay. Please explain me what is this condition and how to deal with it. Thanking you .
Female | 23
You might be experiencing dysfunctional uterine bleeding, which causes irregular and heavy periods due to hormonal imbalance. The spotting after your period could also be hormone-related. It's great you've had tests, but hormonal imbalances can be tricky to diagnose. Sometimes, medications may not work as expected. You should revisit your gynecologist to discuss this, as they might need to reassess your treatment plan or explore other ways to regulate your cycle.

Am I pregnant because I had my period a week ago and my cervix is growing and swollen
Female | 15
Typically, experiencing menstruation seven days prior indicates non-pregnancy. Hormonal fluctuations or infections may occasionally alter cervical sensations. These factors potentially contribute to swelling. Should concerns persist, consulting a gynecologist ensures thorough evaluation.

Can I be pregnant of hcg levels of 3.5
Female | 18
HCG levels of 3.5 means you are not pregnant. The normal range for HCG for non-pregnant ladies is usually less than 5 mlU/ml. If you have seen some unusual symptoms, you should see a gynecologist for a proper evaluation and consultation.

Vaginal redness,pain and itching...
Female | 19
Your condition seems familiar described as candidiasis, which will bring such symptoms as vaginal reddening, pain, and itching. This problem is due to a vaginal infection, allergic reactions triggered by irritants such as gloves, or lack of proper hygiene. The first measures to be followed, are not to use irritants, to ensure you are comfortable, and another is to keep the area clean and dry. Visit a gynecologist if the problem persists.

I have a yeast infection and have been treating it with strovid at first and now ketocon azole pill and cream but the discharge is not stopping.. What more can I do?
Female | 24
It is necessary to take into account the fact that yeast infections don’t react to the therapies in the same way for all people. Although Strovid and ketoconazole are the most popular ways to treat yeast infections, these treatments may not be for everyone. I would suggest seeking a reliable gynecologist or dermatologist.

Bartholin Cysts are common. Medications can reduce inflammation and infection.. Warm compresses CAN also help . However if the cyst is large, painful, or infected, medical intervention IS required. See your GYNECOLOGIST for evaluation and treatment options.

I lastly had my period on 23 January and did copulation on Feb 4. Might I be pregnant
Female | 18
A person might feel nervous when missing their period. Your dates indicate pregnancy could've occurred. Signs often include a missed period, feeling sick, tired, changes in breasts, and need to use the bathroom more. A pregnancy test is useful if those signs are present.

i had unprotected sex a couple of days ago and the next day i started bleeding like my period is there a possibility i can be pregnant?
Female | 18
During early pregnancy, implantation bleeding may occur. The fertilized egg attaching to the uterus causes light spotting. Take a pregnancy test to know for certain. You can also visit a gynecologist.

My name is amina I m 40 years old having 14 years of married life I have only one child but further I couldn't conceive now I have hemorrhagic cysts both ovaries I feel sever sharp pain in lower abdomen can't bear what you suggest treatment is surgery or through medicine???plz guide me
Female | 49
The size and intensity of the cysts determine the course of treatment. In case the cysts are large or causing too much pain, surgery might be necessary. However, smaller cysts can sometimes be managed by taking drugs that reduce pain and monitoring them for growth over time. It would be best for you to visit a gynecologist who will carry out a thorough assessment and come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific case.

I missed my period abt for more than a month now about 3 weeks ago I had sex, but the male did not go inside me at all but did rub himself against me I was wearing underwear but he wasn't but he never shot out semen. I took a pregnancy yesterday Jun 4th about 3 days before my period starts and came out negative. I have been experiencing light cramping but more discharge than usual this week but ever since I had "sex" I have been having more discharge than usual. But in the month of April I had my period just not in May which I was stressing sum what that month since I was arguing with my boyfriend.
Female | 17
Missing a period can be stressful, especially with recent sexual activity. Even though the chances of pregnancy in your situation are low, stress can also delay your period. Light cramping and increased discharge might be due to hormonal changes or stress. It's best to visit a gynecologist to get a proper evaluation and to discuss your symptoms.

I had protected sex last month and got my periods after that but not this month
Female | 25
If you have been sexually active in the last month and your periods started after that with no periods this month, we need to look for pregnancy as a possible reason. besides such issues as hormonal imbalances, stress, and underlying medical conditions, there can also be other reasons for missed period. It is preferable to see a gynecologist for proper examination and diagnosis.

Hi, I tested with pregnancy test kit on my 3rd day of missed periods and i got slightly red second line. When can i take blood test for confirmation
Female | 31
A red secondary line, even a very light one, can show that a woman is pregnant. It is best to wait at least one week after the missed period to do a blood test for confirmation. This allows your body to produce enough pregnancy hormones that the blood test can detect. If you have pregnancy symptoms like nausea, or breast tenderness, it is also good to mention that to a gynecologist.

Female | 29
Realize leg pain, weak muscles, more appetite, and the absence of menses among different medical problems, not just pregnancy. Stress, tiredness, bad or poor quality of food, and hormonal disorders are the common reasons for these symptoms. If they worsen, you should book an appointment with a gynecologist to be diagnosed and treated properly.

Actually from past 3 weeks im having vaginal infection
Female | 22
This condition might be caused by either a yeast infection or a bacterial infection. A yeast infection occurs when there is an overgrowth of yeast in the vagina, while harmful bacteria can cause bacterial infections. It’s important to see a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and treatment. They may prescribe medicines or creams to help with the infection and reduce symptoms. Additionally, wearing cotton underwear and washing the genital area with clean water regularly can promote a healthy lifestyle. Engaging in other activities can also help you manage discomfort and reduce stress.
