There are many factors which need to be discussed in detail like type of surgery done, stage, hormone given or not and other factors. Then there will be discussion about radiotherapy. Mostly in IGRT/VMAT the side effect profile remains very low.

Female | 57
Yes there are various treatment options available. But you must consult with an oncologist or cancer specialist to discuss best treatment options. Radiation therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy are the treatment options for cancer normally. Alternative treatments can be used alongside traditional cancer treatments to improve overall well-being.

Hello Sir, my mother was diagnosed with salivary gland cancer (parotid gland cancer) on 28th. It is in an advanced stage. She's 69, and on blood thinners. She is really scared and asked me to get a second opinion. Kindly refer someone who can help us through this condition.
We need to check few more details. Whether surgery done or not? Generally, surgery remains 1st step and on safe hands the age mentioned is really no an adverse factor.

What is the treatment option for colon cancer in stage 2. What is the survival rate in stage 2?
As per my understanding you want to know the survival rate of stage 2 colon cancer. Colon cancer Stage II (adenocarcinoma) is a common and curable cancer. Depending on features of the cancer, 60-75% of patients are cured without evidence of cancer recurrence following treatment with surgery alone. Also the age of the patient, comorbidities, his general health condition also influences the outcome of the cancer. But still consult an oncologist - Best Oncologist In India. Hope our answer helps you.

Namaste, My father lives in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is in terminal stage of cancer. It started as oral cancer which was removed surgically but unfortunately has metastasized to his lungs and now his liver. He took 6 rounds of chemotherapy, but it spread anyway. He is at end of life now and we are desperately looking for Ayurveda treatment or options that can ease this situation.
Male | 65
Metastasis means the cancer has spread to other body areas. The terminal stage signals the disease's progression. Pain, weakness, and no appetite are symptoms. Ayurveda uses herbs and healthy practices to ease discomfort and lift life quality. But consult an expert to plan the ideal ayurvedic treatment approach for your dad's specific case.

My mom is a 54 years old lady and have been feeling something in her neck and her voice was also changing. So she showed a doctor today and he had see an ultrasound and said he saw 2 glands in her neck.I have her report and i want to show it to u.And my mom also had breast cancer 1 year ago and she has been cured. So i want to know if this neck problem is related to cancer or not
Female | 54
Having two glands in the neck could be due to many things, not just cancer. Sometimes, enlarged glands are the result of infections and other reasons too. Since your mom had breast cancer before, it's imperative to get it thoroughly checked out by a specialist to make sure everything is okay. It's always good to be cautious and keep an eye on any changes in the body, especially after you have already been cancer-free for a while. Voice changes and neck discomfort can be signs of several things, so it's best to get it checked by an oncologist.

As per my understanding your wife is having a painless lump in her breast which is the cause of concern. You consult a surgeon first and get your wife thoroughly examined and evaluated .Only after that will it be clear what her diagnosis is and the required treatment will be advised. Consult Breast Surgery doctors in Mumbai, or in any other city.
