Why is my urethra and vagina red?
Am 22 girl my uretra and vagina is red and i fell strange conditions but other no symptoms pain etc.What is this and is it not a serious issue and it is necessary to take medicine and get it checked by a doctor?

I'm period is late by 6 days, we have planned for pregnancy this month and took a pregnancy test on day 2 of missed period and it was negative, i have been taking progesterone tablets as prescribed by my doctor from March 22nd, usually after taking progesterone tablets I used to get my period on time but this time there is no sign of getting periods.
