It is usual for scars to show up when you are on medication for a long time. Now that the infection is gone, you can begin working out, but you need to take it easy. Stretch marks usually disappear on their own, but applying moisturizer to your skin can help. Always keep in mind that it is your body that will determine the limits, and in case of any pain or discomfort, stop.

Acne scarring may be frustrating for people, but a wide range of treatments exists to diminish their visibility. Consulting a dermatologist who will evaluate your skin and suggest the right treatment based on the scarring severity is essential. A dermatologist can guide you in using treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion and lasers to remove the scars.

Is there a chance to be caught by Hiv if someone's diabetes needle pricked my hand

Female | 19

The likelihood of HIV infection is negligible if a diabetic needle pricks your hand. HIV is transferred via blood, however, the needle prick is not a high-risk exposure. If you are concerned, watch out for symptoms such as flu, fever, or rash. If you see them, go to a doctor.

How to prevent atopic dermatitis ?

Female | 7

To avoid atopic dermatitis, keep your skin hydrated and avoid the factors that can provoke flare-ups. Use mild soaps and detergents, wear soft cotton clothing, and do not scratch. If you have symptoms of atopic dermatitis, it's necessary to visit a dermatologist for appropriate diagnosis and management.
