Why is my bladder weak?
Beldar weak pesab ki theli kamjoor
Urologist
Answered on 2nd Dec '24
It can be caused by a weak bladder sphincter which is the main muscle that supports the bladder. The indicators are the leakage of urine, very frequent urination, or problems in controlling your bladder. Sometimes the factors that cause it are old age and childbirth, to name a few. Engaging in pelvic floor exercises, staying at a medically recommended body mass index, and caffeine containment are some of the methods you might adopt to improve your bladder muscles. You can consult a urologist for more guidance.

Pus is coming (milk yellow color ) in the peins while passing urine it getting irritating so what i want to do past one week i had that problem. No fever Tab Doxy-T Tab metrogy This medicine is ok for this problems?
Male | 22
You seem to be suffering from a bladder infection, which can cause pus and burning when you urinate. The drugs you listed, Doxy-T and metrogyl, are often applied in the treatment of these infections. The total frontier of antibiotics if necessary, given to you by a health worker is paramount not only to the illness but also to prevention. Sticking also to the health definition of 'drink enough water to pee more and frequently enough to remove the infection'. In case this condition does not improve or gets worse, contact the urologist and get the help you need.

Constant urination at night
Male | 30
Frequent nighttime trips to the bathroom can indicate that you have a condition called nocturia. It occurs because your body produces too much urine during the night. Some of the regular causes are drinking too much fluid before sleeping, urinary tract infections, and some medications. To solve this problem, you may go for lowering the intake of water before sleeping, make sure you empty your bladder before sleeping and ask a urologist for advice.

Hi, I’m various issues actually. I am a 19 year old male and I have been facing issues such as a varicocele in the scrotum of a grade 3. It has affected my left testicle to shrink and when I tried to ejaculate recently I wasn’t able to cum even though I tried. I am able to get a boner and also feel turned on and even when I masturbate I feel it but I am not able to ejaculate. I want to understand what maybe an underlying issue.
Male | 19
It could be the varicocele in your scrotum which is leading to the left testicle shrink and even the problem with your ejaculation. Varicoceles are similar to varicose veins in your scrotum, and they can affect the production and movement of sperm. This might be the reason for your difficulties in ejaculation. You must see a urologist for a more detailed examination and alternative treatments.

These symptoms that you are experiencing give evidence of a possible urinary tract infection (UTI). For example, bacteria can get into the urinary tract, which may be a causative factor for UTIs. Therefore, the most important thing is to go to a urologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment using antibiotics if necessary.

What should I do to get rid of frenelum breve in my penis
Male | 19
Frenulum breve happens when the tissue beneath your penis gets too tight. This tightness causes discomfort and pain during sex. It may lead to tearing of the skin. You feel unable to pull back the skin covering the penis tip. Your natural growth or an injury can cause this condition. Simple stretching exercises may help relieve the tightness. In severe cases, circumcision surgery might be necessary. Consulting a urologist helps determine the best treatment for you.

You could have a condition called epididymitis, which is when the coiled tube behind the testicle gets swollen. This can be a result of a recent infection. It's nice that you have ruled out any swelling or fluid, but it is crucial to see a urologist. They might give you antibiotics that would help with the infection as well as relieve the pain.

I'm 23 years female who keeps getting uti even after taking an injection or antibiotics now I'm suffering again from it for almost 2 days if I drink lot of water it stops if I don't it comes back pls assist
Female | 23
A UTI can bring along symptoms such as frequent urine, a burning sensation while peeing, and urine that is cloudy or has a strong smell. The bacteria invade the urinary tract, thus causing the infections. Drinking more water, on the other hand, can help to displace the bacteria. In addition to drinking enough water and urinating after sex, wiping from front to back can help keep UTIs at bay. In the case of recurring UTIs, the doctor may suggest additional tests or long-term antibiotics.

I have this swollen lump at my right upper bladder it’s painful movable and so discomforting I use antibiotics but it seems to reduce a bit but still there and painful
Male | 19
Bladder infections can cause painful, swollen lumps in the upper bladder area. It may be, however, that germs are the agents bringing in bacteria that get into the bladder. Antibiotics might be helpful, but often they are not enough to get rid of germs right away. Additionally, it is advisable to drink plenty of water, as well as to avoid urine retention. If the pain is still there or gets worse, consult a urologist.

Hello sir, I have genital herpes and would like to have sex with my wife using a condom. Does using a condom during sexual contact with my wife increase the risk of infection? Would you kindly assist me in responding?
Male | 44
Using a condom during sexual contact with your wife is a good step in reducing the risk of transmission of genital herpes, but it's not a foolproof method. Talk to a urologist for preventing the risk of spreading the virus to your partner.

I’m male, 25 years old, have frequent urination many months already, on std bacteria test l was positive on “gardnerella vaginalis” but l drink medicine for that already, yesterday l do urine and blood test and l have some bacteria in urine, doctor don’t know which one but he give me to drink 7 days medicine(LeFloxin 500mg) he said if that doesn’t help then you can drink another medicine 7 days(spasmex 30mg) l have itching inside urethra, sometimes hard for urine to flow, today for example l need to pee every single minute, can you tell me what should l do
Male | 25
You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs typically present with symptoms such as frequent urination, itching in the urethra, and difficulty urinating. These bacteria require treatment through antibiotics like LeFloxin. Complete the full course of antibiotics to clear the infection. Your doctor might prescribe another medicine if the symptoms persist after the first round of treatment.

Sexually transmitted disease
Male | 23
The treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) depends on the specific infection and its severity. Different STDs are treated with medications such as antibiotics for bacterial infections (e.g., chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis) or antiviral drugs for viral infections (e.g., herpes, HIV). Some STDs, like HPV, may not have a cure, but treatments are available to manage symptoms and prevent complications.
I would recommend seeking advice personally from a professional preferably a gynecologist or urologist in your location.

I'm 22 years old male, 10 months there is a sudden uncomfort in my scrotum. That is my right testicle came slightly up than regular position And I immediately consulted urologist And he done with visual test And prescribed blood test, urine test and ultrasound. In every report everything came normal only. Doctor said nothing is there you no need to worry. After 1 week I visited again and doctor said you will be cure,I doubted and went to ultrasound for another time this time also everything is normal But the fact is my right testicle is slightly came up.than it's regular position Still it is up only If I sleep to my right or left I'm unable to sleep comfortably.. But before it happened I slept my left or right very comfortably But not now..
Male | 22
You have experienced some scrotum discomfort due to the right testicle being in a slightly different position than usual. The test results were normal, but it is still okay to worry. This change in the position of your testicle may be due to a muscle strain or a minor injury. It is vital to keep an eye on any changes and visit a urologist if the pain does not go away. Meanwhile, avoid activities that may worsen the discomfort and consider wearing supportive underwear for added comfort.

Last year I had balanitis and there was tissue damage. Since then I have been having trouble with erection. Also, when I ride bike for long, my testis hurts. Please advise.
Male | 27
You might be dealing with some of the complications from the balanitis you had before. Loss of erection and testicular pain can be an outcome of tissue damage from the infection. Suppose you keep riding for long hours; the pressure tends to get into the infected area. Meeting a urologist is necessary for talking about your symptoms so that you can take a means to deal with the problems that cater to your situation.

After doing sex going for urine after every 2 minutes
Female | 40
You may be having Cystitis or simply UTI, which is a common condition characterized by frequent urination after sex. This is possibly attributed to the creation of the flow of urination quickly enough by forcing the kidneys to eliminate waste after sex. The bladder may become considerably more sensitive than typical. With this being the possible reason, you can relieve yourself of frequent urination during sex: urine, first, before the sex, and after it, drink lots of water to be sure you are drinking enough. If it persists, the best option is to consult a urologist.

Such symptoms might be due to a urinary tract infection or an enlarged prostate. Both of them can be responsible for such problems. A lot of water drinking and taking prescribed medicines can be helpful in this case. You can also consult a urologist for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
