Can I lighten pigmentation on over half my body?

I have dark spots and pigmentation in more than half of the body and want to go for skin lightening and pigmentation removal

Increased production of melanin is the main reason for dark spots and uneven pigmentation and to some extent, can be managed. You can use treatments through the application of ointments on the skin, chemical peels, or laser therapy that can be used to effectively make your skin look clean and shine. A dermatologist must be consulted before trying any new treatment. They can evaluate your condition and suggest the most appropriate approach, realizing that you are the one who is worried and need their attention.

Hello, I have redness on my nose, I would like to get rid of it, as its not the same colour and it looks ugly. I kinda know why its red. I had erythema multiforme, after someone drank from my water bottle and i got herpes simplex, i had red dots on my hand, knees, elbows, and one on my nosebridge now its gone, but ever since i have a discolored nose. The top where it connects to the forehead is white and below its a red colour, what can I do to get back the original colour of my nose, is there any medication that can help?

That redness on your nose might be leftover swelling. Don't worry though, with some gentle TLC, it should fade. Be sure to moisturize and use mild products. Staying out of harsh sunlight (and SPF!) will also keep discoloration away. It may take time, but your skin will heal.

I am 27 year old female I have acne and Mark'si have applied many creams and soaps which are not working ft my skin I have combination normal skin only Can u suggest me cream and soap/ face wash what to do now ?

To relieve yourself, use mild moisturizers, cold compresses, and over-the-counter antihistamines. If you continue scratching it may cause further irritation, so don't do that. Hello dear doctor, I had an accident like 10 days ago, my leg got burnt because it touched the silencer, the burnt area turned completely white, and day after day, it released blood, yellow liquid, and its fresh everyday, its not even healing, im applying ointment called Quench, but it just dries over it and nothing is helping, I can't even walk, I really need help on what to do, should I apply any other ointment? Leave it open? Or what?

It seems that the burn is rather extensive and does not heal well. I would suggest early consultation with a dermatologist or burn specialist. Do not use any more cream and let the wound dry. It is essential to keep the wound well cleaned, dressed and treated. Seek medical help at the earliest.
