What is the pimple-like thing on my chest?
Sir there is a pimple like thing in the middle of my chest. When I press it something comes out. What is it? It has been there for a long time.

You may have a sebaceous cyst, this occurs when the hair follicle is clogged and oil collects under the skin. It is usually not serious, but it can become infected if left untreated. If it bothers you, it would be best to have a dermatologist remove it safely. To prevent infection, do not try to squeeze it out at home.
