Could neck lumps in my 3-year-old be serious?
I am writing to seek your advice regarding my 3-year-old child. I have noticed small lumps on both sides of her neck, and I am concerned about whether this could indicate a serious health issue.

Sometimes, small lumps in the neck area are caused by lymph nodes. This is a normal response to viruses or allergies. These swellings occur when the immune system is fighting with the body. Normally such cases will be harmless and will be resolved once the body takes care of itself but it is always best to see a pediatrician to get a thorough checkup done. They may offer you a solution and, if it is needed, the right course of treatment.

My daughter is 2 years old. she has cough and cold amd mild fever and i give her allegra and cherry cough both 3.5 ml and 2.5ml and mow I realise these both for cough and cold then i am worried now what to do
Female | 2
Cough, cold, and mild fever can be uncomfortable, especially for children. The common cold and flu are two main causes of cough and cold in kids. Both Allegra and cherry cough syrup can help treat these symptoms. However, it’s best to give only one medication that addresses the needed symptoms, which reduces the amount of medicine given to the child. Make sure she gets plenty of rest, drinks lots of fluids, and consider using a humidifier in her room to help relieve congestion. If her temperature doesn’t go down or if she seems to be in pain, it’s better to consult a pediatrician for proper advice.

10 day ka baby ka sir ke upar talu ful raha hai
Male | 10 day
Your newborn baby may have a soft region on the head that is bulging which is why he or she is crying for 10 days. Sometimes, it happens and is usually not so serious. Make sure that the baby is well-fed, sleeps actively, and shows no new symptoms. There could be several reasons that the baby is crying like feeding problems, change in environmental circumstances, etc. It is always best to inform your pediatrician if you notice anything concerning like constant crying, fever, or changes in behavior.

I’m 11 150lbs is that good
Male | 11
You weigh more than is typical for an 11-year-old. This excess weight makes moving around harder. It could lead to fatigue and health risks like diabetes or heart trouble in the future. To get healthier, eat nutritious foods, especially fruits and veggies. Exercise regularly, like sports or other physical activities.

My 4yrs kid is having heavy cough and cold from 3-4 days. Its getting worse day by day. He is having continuous cough
Male | 4
Kids deal with coughing and colds differently. Typical signs include a drippy nose, sneezing fits, and lingering cough. Viruses spread easily, causing these issues. Make sure your kiddo drinks enough liquids, rests well, and uses a humidifier to alleviate coughing. You could offer honey as well. If your child appears very ill or struggles breathing, seek medical attention promptly.

My 7 years daughter has fever since 3 days now it is not and she has inside fever and she has rashes on her body 4/ 5 place and she has sore throat. She is coughing and she has little bit Headache also. Her urine is slightly yellow.
Female | 7
Your daughter's fever, rash, throat pain, cough, and headache suggest a viral illness, possibly influenza. Dehydration causes yellow urine. Ensure she consumes ample fluids and rests well. Administer fever-reducing medicines if necessary. However, seek medical evaluation if symptoms worsen or don't improve, as viruses can sometimes lead to complications.

Baby having frequent fever in every 6 hours ,blood report suggest infection higher still in 5th day having fever
Male | 3
Fevers regularly happen in babies. However, lasting 5 days with 6-hour intervals suggests potential issues. Blood reports confirmed an infection presence. While viruses or bacteria could trigger fevers, medical evaluation becomes crucial. Take your baby to a pediatrician promptly. The physician can diagnose and prescribe suitable treatment, helping your little one recover swiftly.

Cp child treatment neck holding and seating
Male | 13 month
Babies can hold up their necks around two months old. By four months they do it better, no struggle. If the baby has trouble with neck muscles, it's a sign of weakness. Causes like not enough "tummy time" or late progress. Give baby more tummy time for a strong neck. Support the neck when carrying the baby always.

My baby boy is 31 months old and he didn't talking still... That's express his needs with signs only ...what is the the problem?
Male | 31 months
When a child does not talk, especially when he or she is already 31 months old, a parent needs to respond to this issue immediately. It may be an early sign of a speech delay. Sometimes, hearing trouble or a delay in development could be the cause. The most effective way is through speech therapist intervention which may mean providing strategies to improve your child's language skills.

Female | 23
Moms can feel very uneasy if they have taken something during pregnancy that was not on the medication list they were given. Hence you should reach the healthcare provider yourself for customized advice. You can independently diagnose and reassure him or her. Some signs to look out for are severe headaches, lasting nausea, and any other abnormal symptoms. Consult a physician. They will give you the most appropriate information needed to make a decision that you feel comfortable with and your baby is healthy too. Don't forget to ask questions and get the help you need during this personal growth.

My son is 3 years 7 months old. He is having ADHD and delayed speech problem. Last month he suffered from hand foot mouth infection but he recovered in few days. After that infection, his nature has changed a lot. He cries without any reason. When he gets up in the morning he cry for almost an hour. In day time also he starts crying at any time and we are unable to understand any reason for that. We try to do all the things which he likes but he only stops crying after 1 to 2 hours. The same problem happens at night also. On some days he wake up at 3-4 am and starts crying and after an hour he stops and then go for sleep. As he does not speak anything we do not understand what problem he is facing. He is also undergoing therapies for ADHD and speech delay. But at therapy centre also he keeps on crying. He was moody earlier also but after HFM infection this crying problem has increased a lot. Pls guide.
Male | 3
It sounds like your son's recent changes in behavior might be linked to his recovery from the hand, foot, and mouth infection. Such infections can sometimes cause lingering discomfort or changes in behavior. Given his ADHD and speech delay, it is crucial to consult with his pediatrician and a child psychiatrist to evaluate any underlying issues. They can provide a thorough assessment and tailor interventions to help manage his symptoms.

My 1 year old hit his head recently and has been trying to sleep when he does fall asleep he’s hard to wake up just curious on what I should do
Male | 1
Many parents worry if their child bumps their head. A toddler who's hard to wake after a head injury may indicate a serious issue. Be alert for constant tiredness, throwing up, or pupils that look different sizes. See a pediatrician quickly to be sure all is well. With young kids' head injuries, it's best to get checked rather than risk harm.

Hi, Hi, my son received an antibiotic today, Amoxicillin 250/5ml, no dosage was given. The son is 12 years old and weighs 60 kg.
Mężczyzna | 12
At 12 years old, 60 kg, the typical dose: is 25 mg/kg daily. So, approximately 1500 mg per day for your son, divided into 12-hour intervals. However, consult your doctor for the precise dosage based on his condition. Ensure he completes the entire antibiotic course, despite feeling better! Inform your doctor if side effects occur, such as rash, diarrhea, or vomiting.

Sir a 8 month old little boy superior labilial frenkum break
Male | 8 month
Labial frenulum is the piece of tissue between the lips and the gums which is a little bit of skin. The symptoms can be pain and swelling. If there is too much pressure on it, this can occur. The dentist or the ENT doctor should check the baby. They can allow the skin to recover by itself or recommend a minor surgical procedure to assist in proper healing.

1 days baby in normal delivery so His baby jaundiced so NICU is mandatory
Female | 1
When newborns have jaundice after natural births, monitoring it closely matters. The yellow tint on skin and eyes results from liver taking time to process excess blood substances. NICU care may be required to check and restore normal levels. Special light treatments usually resolve this soon.
