Fungal infections in areas like your thighs cause redness, itchiness, and rashes. These infections thrive in warm, moist environments. It's crucial to avoid exercises until the infection clears up. Sweat can worsen the condition. To treat it effectively, keep the affected area clean and dry. Use an antifungal cream as directed. Wear loose, breathable clothing. Once the infection resolves completely, you can resume exercises for weight loss without concerns.

My mother and brother have chicken pox. It's been 4 days and taking medicine. I have had this disease before. Is there any possibility of more coming as I am taking care of them? My father is on medication after his stroke. So, can he take preventive medicine? Is there any use in consuming it for so many days? Since we are all in one house, there is a common toilet. Cleaned with Dettol after each use. Is there a problem with that?

Female | 45

It's so cool that you worry about your family's health. As you have already had chicken pox, you are in all probabilities immune to it. Your dad who is in the process of stroke recovery should not use any preventive medicines on his own without consulting with the doctor. It is a good thing to wash the toilet with Dettol to reduce the possibility of the germs spreading. Pure, practicing the supreme rudiments and caring for one another will be enough to get by!

I have nodule on my upper scrotum

Male | 22

I suggest that you go to a dermatologist to have a thorough examination of your mole. One should make sure that other serious conditions are not the cause, such as skin cancer or infection.

I am a 13½ year old male, My date of birth is September 30th 2010 and I was born in Sligo and from Garrison Co. FERMANAGH'S border and I would like to ask if anything is wrong with me I have a lot of white spots on my dick all around the testicles and I have had these for a long, Do I have a hernia?

Male | 13½

It should be known that these things are quite usual and mostly innocent. They could be what is referred to as the Fordyce spots which simply put are oil glands. However, if there is any form of pain or itching accompanying them then it would be wise to see a medical practitioner who will advise accordingly. Hernias usually show themselves as bulges or swellings around the groin so there’s little chance they could be connected with the description of the said spots. To be sure, though, having them checked out by a healthcare provider would still do no harm!

Itchy, rashy skin down there is no fun, especially in the heat. This could be jock itch - a fungal thing. Nature's remedies like neem, turmeric, and aloe may help. Stay away from tight clothes. Keep the area dry and airy. Eat healthy foods.
