It's not uncommon for women to experience variations in their menstrual flow and some symptoms like cramps. The fever, cough, and loose motions you mentioned might indicate a viral infection or other temporary illness. Staying hydrated and resting is crucial. While unprotected sex can increase the risk of pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections, monitoring your body is important. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a gynecologist for personalized advice. They can offer reassurance and appropriate management.

I am a married female of 26 years. I am having nipple pain since 5-6 days. I have seen some spottings two days back. My menstrual date is approaching. I have had very mild abdominal pain 2-3 times as I have noted. Whats the disease
Female | Ahalya
Nipple discomfort can often be linked to hormonal changes, particularly around your menstrual cycle, which might explain the spotting and mild abdominal cramps you're experiencing. Potential causes can include premenstrual syndrome (PMS), breast tissue sensitivity, or changes in hormonal levels. It’s important to monitor your symptoms and consider using supportive bras, applying warm compresses, or taking over-the-counter pain relief if needed. However, if the pain persists, worsens, or if you have additional concerns, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist for a proper evaluation and personalized advice.

I am a 31yr old lady. I have been experiencing some weird milk white vaginal discharge. Please help
Female | 31
The milk-white vaginal discharge you have might be a result of a common fungus named yeast infection. You may also have some discomforts like redness, and itching along with the discharge. You may use antifungal creams or tablets available without a prescription. It's best to avoid tight clothes and keep the area dry to prevent this from happening again. Remember to practice good hygiene and to wear breathable underwear. If the problem doesn't go away, visit a gynecologist.

What is the cause of delays in periods, prolactin range 28ng?
Female | 26
When periods are delayed and prolactin levels are at 28 ng/mL, it may be due to a condition called hyperprolactinemia, which is characterized by high levels of prolactin in the blood. Symptoms can include irregular periods and milky discharge from the breasts. This condition can be caused by stress, certain medications, or a benign tumor on the pituitary gland. Treatment usually involves medication or addressing the underlying cause.

It seems that you probably got a yeast infection, and this is a vaginal infection caused by an overgrowth of the yeast cells. I suggest that you visit your gynecologist or an infectious diseases specialist to get proper assessment and treatment.

Female | 23
I recommend that you contact your gynecologist or obstetrician right away. This could be a sign of infection that left untreated will harm both you and the baby. Your doctor will give a diagnosis and treatment options for that condition.

Vaginal redness,pain and itching...
Female | 19
Your condition seems familiar described as candidiasis, which will bring such symptoms as vaginal reddening, pain, and itching. This problem is due to a vaginal infection, allergic reactions triggered by irritants such as gloves, or lack of proper hygiene. The first measures to be followed, are not to use irritants, to ensure you are comfortable, and another is to keep the area clean and dry. Visit a gynecologist if the problem persists.

Female | 22
You're dealing with unwanted effects after emergency contraception. Nausea, stomach cramps, headaches, backaches, stabbing above the belly button, and exhaustion can come with the pill. It changes hormones in your body, leading to these issues. Try resting, drinking water, and eating light foods. But if problems persist or worsen, see a gynecologist.

Female | 16
Girls have a typical period when they start, but they also have some irregularities. So, what you're going through is called spotting, which is when you see a bit of blood but your period doesn't start fully. Stress, sudden weight changes, and hormonal imbalance are other common causes of this. Keep monitoring yourself and if it doesn't stop, visit a gynecologist.

Ma'am my last periods will come on 20 August and end on 25 th August....so ma'am I have done a sexually thing on 8th of September should pregnancy will occur or not???
Female | 19
According to the dates you've given, it is improbable that pregnancy would result from the action on September 8th. As it was after your period, the probability of you becoming pregnant is not very high. The first indicators of pregnancy can be such as missed periods, nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness. If you notice any of these symptoms, it is a good idea to take a pregnancy test to be sure.

My vagina has become dry from past 3-4 days. I have bad itching and white discharge
Female | 26
These could be signs of a yeast infection. Yeast fungi overgrow, causing trouble down there. Try creams or tablets from the pharmacy to fix it. Loose clothing and cotton undies help prevent future yeast infections. Keep the vaginal area clean and dry. These simple steps should resolve the issue.

I have been on the combined pill for 8 years now. I stopped taking it about a month ago and still haven’t got a period. Should i be worried?
Female | 23
Not having your period yet is okay because your body needs time to readjust. The combined pill manages your cycle, so stopping it disrupts that routine. Your period will resume after a few weeks. Stress, weight fluctuations, or hormone imbalances may delay it. Don't worry if it takes a bit longer. However, see a gynecologist if the absence of your period lasts over a couple of months to ensure everything is fine.

Gòod day i am 11 weeks pregnant and do not have all of the pains i had for the 10 weeks is it normal?
Female | 29
It’s normal to have different symptoms come and go during pregnancy. You may not have as many aches and pains as before, which is typical. Your body might be getting used to all the changes inside it. Most of the time though, unless they’re accompanied by severe cramps or bleeding, feeling no pain is fine. Keep yourself hydrated and rested all these months. But if it bothers you, then talk to a gynecologist.

Sometimes periods can be irregular. This may be due to stress, weight gain or loss, or hormonal imbalances. Ensure you eat well and manage stress levels. If they persist, see a gynecologist who will be able to rule out any serious problems. It is also important that you keep track of when your periods occur to provide the doctor with this information.

I got my period on January 26th and it lasted for about 5 days . Then on 2nd of Feb i had unprotected sex in which ejaculation did not happen but I still took an i pill on 4th of Feb. In that week I had vaginal spotting for about two days. On 26th Feb i had sex where the contraceptive broke but still there was no ejaculation and I took an i pill again on 27th Feb. I have not got my period. Is there a chance I might be pregnant
Female | 20
Pregnancy odds drop when there's no ejaculation. However, those emergency pills could shift your cycle timing. Stress, sickness, hormones - any of those factors may delay periods too. To soothe concerns, consider a home pregnancy test for confirmation.

Mam/Sir Good afternoon. Sir/ mam, I just wanna confirm whether my girlfriend is pregnant or not? We had sex on 31st December night (2024) without Condam. In my conscience I didn't ejaculate. Her expected period dates were 1-20 January. Her periods arrived on 16th January morning but the colour of the blood was a little orange but the bleeding was enough to fill the pad. It lasted for 3 days(16-18 January). Just to make sure whether it was Implantation bleeding or a normal period we did a pregnancy test on 21st January evening between 1-10 minutes the result was negative (one line) but after we saw it after a maximum of 10 hours there was a faith line. We both were confused. So we decided to test again on 28th January and the result was again one line negative in "C". On 2nd Feb she is getting a little minor back pain and she said that it usually occurs before the starting of Periods. Waiting for your positive response. Thank You mam/sir

Female | 15
Noticing your period lasts more than 9 days? That's longer than usual. Hormonal issues, stress, medical conditions, or birth control could cause it. Keep track of flow and other symptoms like bad pain or weakness. It may be wise to see a gynecologist to discuss concerns and find solutions.

so I had my period February 4-8 and then came back on February 28-3 so I had unprotected sex March 13-15 could I be pregnant
Female | 25
Pregnancy is a possibility after unprotected intimacy near ovulation. Early signs include missed cycle, exhaustion, queasiness, and tender breasts. Confirming requires a pregnancy test from the drugstore. If expecting, seeking prenatal care from a gynecologist is crucial. Some signs stand out - fatigue can hit hard. Then, suddenly, nausea strikes. Other signals seem subtle initially.

2 weeks before my periods vomatal, breast pain, nipple itching, back pain and gearness
Female | Elakkiyaa
It sounds like you’re experiencing common premenstrual symptoms, such as breast tenderness and discomfort in your lower back. These changes often occur due to hormonal shifts in your body as your menstrual cycle approaches. Nipple itching might be linked to skin sensitivity or hormonal fluctuations. Staying hydrated, using a warm compress, and gentle stretches can help relieve discomfort. However, if these symptoms become severe or disrupt your daily life, I strongly recommend consulting a gynecologist for personalized advice and support.
