Why Do I Experience Ahtlaam?
Doctor sahb mujhe Ahtlaam ho jata hai
Neurosurgeon
Answered on 2nd Dec '24
Very well, Ahtlaam which is also sometimes called nocturnal emissions is defined as the ejaculation that one might experience in sleep. In fact, it is a very common thing during puberty. Signs and symptoms of it are feelings of self-consciousness and apprehension (but it is a normal body process). The causes of it could be associated with hormonal changes and sexual dreams. The best way to sort it out is by exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet.

My grandfather age is 69 and he has second stroke in last 2 month and he unable to move and speak but in progress and today his bp is high what is the reason for high bp please doctor give me your suggestion
Male | 69
It is common for people who have had strokes to experience high blood pressure, especially after a stroke. The stroke might have altered the brain areas that regulate blood pressure. As a result, the body may struggle to control it. Hypertension can also exacerbate the severity of strokes. Thus, advise him to eat foods that are low in salt content, take the medications he has been given strictly, and get enough sleep to regulate the levels of this condition.

Dizziness for a long time.
Female | 77
Polonged dizziness requires attention. Causes range from inner ear issues to low blood sugar levels. Anxiety and dehydration can also trigger dizziness episodes. However, sometimes it signals a bigger health concern. If dizziness plagues you frequently, see a neurologist. They'll investigate and recommend proper treatment. Meanwhile, take precautions to avoid falls or injuries.

Suffered from stroke 8 months back since the patient is suffering from dysphagia. From the 8 months nothing improvement is shown in dysphagia. When he tries to eat something suddenly the cough comes. From 8 months feeding is from Ryles Tube. Sir please tell us what we can do
Male | 65
Some people have trouble swallowing after a stroke. This condition is called dysphagia, and it's common after a stroke. If someone coughs while eating, it could mean that food is going into their airways instead of their stomach. A feeding tube can help for a while. Speech therapy often helps people regain their ability to swallow over time. Keep in touch with your doctors to get the best care plan.

Male | 18
These tingling sensations may be caused by stress or anxiety, which are sometimes strange sensations that the body experiences, especially during relaxation or sleep. Try relaxation methods like deep breathing or gentle stretching before going to sleep. If the tingling lingers or worsens, see a neurologist to rule out the other possible causes and get the right treatment.

Im experiencing stiffness in my neck and upper back and have trouble swallowing food and water but i dont have any pain in my throat. There's unusual pressure in my throat which feels heavy and feels like my throat will break if turn my head .
Male | 20
You may have muscle spasms in your neck and upper back. This could make swallowing difficult, without throat pain. The throat pressure feeling could result from muscle tightness. Try gentle neck stretches. Apply heat to affected areas. Stay hydrated. Avoid sudden neck movements. If symptoms persist or worsen, see a neurologist. They can evaluate and guide you further.

Headache . nose allergie and back pain
Male | 42
Headaches, nasal allergies, and discomfort in the back can occur together for various reasons, such as stress, environmental triggers, or poor posture. Allergic reactions might cause sinus pressure, and in turn, cause head pain, while muscle tension is likely to be the source of the back issues. To get rid these problems, you should take in enough water, learn to relax yourself by doing deep breathing, and maintain a good posture. Pain relief from a pharmacy is useful but to achieve a proper telling, work with a doctor. They will investigate your case carefully and then they will propose the most suitable measures to ensure better bodily functions. Keep in mind, for sure, getting help is one of the steps to be exultant of your recovery.

Sudden headache followed by Unconsciousness. It happens frequently. MRI, CT SCAN, Report are normal. Deprived sleep EEG shows abnormalities that is sudden spike in waves. She also feels sudden headache at either Side of head nerves gets swallow and got Unconsciousness. Before taking treatment she recognised her giddiness and control herself. But after starting treatment/medication she couldn't recognise any giddiness. She got Unconsciousness and freefall on ground resulting in injury in other parts of body.
Female | 40
The person is said to be having a focal seizure, which is a type of seizure. This can lead to sudden headaches, unconsciousness, and loss of control. The brain wave patterns that are incompatible with the EEG confirm this. Doctors can prescribe these medications to control the seizures and thereby avoid any injuries resulting from falls. It's paramount to follow up your treatment with a neurologist for a thorough diagnosis and the right therapy.

I am 30 years old. I had anxiety for 4 months and nerve damage like sciatica pain for 2 months and lower abdominal back pain and upper front pain for 3 days, today it's getting worse.
Female | 30
The stress and nerve pain that you are experiencing might cause muscle tension which results in discomfort in various parts of your body. The stomach ache as well as the pain in the anterior part could be associated with heightened awareness in your nervous system. To alleviate these symptoms, it is important to deal with both anxiety and nerve issues. Try doing mild stretches, and deep breathing exercises or seek help from healthcare providers who know how to manage such conditions.

My dad is 70 yrs old, had seizures since last October, diagnosed with testicular tumour and hypertension, an operation was done and he was OK, then the seizures recurred again about 6 times since January but last night was the worst. Please help me We're in a war zone and can't take to a hospital What can I do ?
Male | 70
Seizures can be scary, especially when they happen often. In his case, they might be due to the testicular tumor or other health issues. To help him, keep him safe during a seizure by moving away harmful objects and laying him on his side. Comfort him and stay with him until it ends. Watch for any new symptoms and, if possible, gently clean any wounds he may have gotten. It's important to stay calm and supportive. Although you can't go to a hospital right now, keep monitoring his condition and get medical help as soon as possible.

These symptoms together with unintentional loss of weight are worrisome. This could happen for many reasons including pulled muscles or problems with the cervical spine but it could also be something more serious so I would advise seeking medical attention soon so you can find out what is wrong before starting any treatment plan.

Brain Tummer by fall down

You seem to be so scared that you got a tumor in the brain when you fell. Symptoms of brain tumors include headaches, dizziness, vision problems, and difficulty regulating the balance. Brain tumor could lead to falling down if it damages your cooperation or balance. The origination of brain tumors is usually unclear, however, treatment may revolve around surgery, radiations, or chemotherapy. A correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment are recommended, and seeking a neurologist is crucial in this case.

Does levonorgestrel effective if I'm under epilepsy medication
Female | 22
Levonorgestrel is generally effective, even if someone is taking medication for epilepsy. However, you need to be aware that some anticonvulsants can influence hormones and, as a result, make contraceptives less effective. Warning signs include unexpected bleeding or changes in the menstrual cycle. The best way to ensure that you are fully protected is to discuss your situation with a neurologist too. They may propose other methods or additional protection that matches your special requirements.

Hellp! I am someone with MS. I have very low vitamin D levels and have had that flr a while. I an currently experiencing pain in my left leg. In both knee and thigh. I have pain and can not stand on it as usual. It is the second time in less than 2 weeks (my knee, first time)
Female | 25
Lack of vitamin D levels in the case of multiple sclerosis patients may be responsible for muscle pain on some occasions. You should be getting enough vitamin D from sunlight or a supplement of vitamin D. Besides that, you can try to make the tension loosen or apply a warm compress to stop the pain. If the pain continues, go to a doctor to get professional advice.
