Female | 41
These symptoms together with unintentional loss of weight are worrisome. This could happen for many reasons including pulled muscles or problems with the cervical spine but it could also be something more serious so I would advise seeking medical attention soon so you can find out what is wrong before starting any treatment plan.

I have cervical spondylitis since past 6 months. Doctor prescribed many medicines. But i have headache and itching in head. i feel something crawling in my head and scalp itches too. Now i feel pain in my neck and left hand and heaviness in left side in 2 fingers. I also had physiotherapy for 10 days. I have my MRI report too.
Female | 54
It sounds like you may have a neurological condition in addition to cervical spondylitis. Headache, itching, crawling sensation on scalp, and pain in the neck and hand are all common symptoms of a neurological condition. It would be best for you to see a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment. The MRI report may provide some insight into what is causing your symptoms, but it is unlikely to be the only factor. The neurologist may recommend further tests, such as an EEG or nerve conduction studies, to pinpoint the source of your symptoms. In the meantime, it may be beneficial for you to continue with the physiotherapy and take any medications prescribed by your doctor.

I am 24 year old and I m having stiffness in my head feel pinching irritation and feels empty like feeling very quick and tired
Female | 24
Hey, Welcome to ClinicSpots. We understand your concerns and are here to provide guidance.
Feeling stiffness, pinching irritation, and a sense of emptiness in your head could indicate various underlying factors. These symptoms may stem from stress, anxiety, or even migraines. Stress often manifests as tension headaches or a feeling of pressure in the head. It's also possible these symptoms could be related to migraines, which can cause throbbing pain and sensitivity to light and sound. Additionally, conditions like anxiety can contribute to sensations of head stiffness and quick fatigue. It's important to consider any recent changes in your lifestyle or stress levels that might be triggering these symptoms.
Next Steps to Follow
- Consult a Healthcare Professional: Schedule an appointment with a neurologist or a primary care physician to discuss your symptoms in detail. They can conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the underlying cause.
- Medical Evaluation: Your doctor may recommend diagnostic tests such as imaging studies or blood tests to rule out neurological conditions or other health issues.
- Lifestyle Modifications: Practice stress management techniques, and gentle exercises like yoga or meditation, and maintain a regular sleep schedule to support overall well-being and manage symptoms.
- Follow-up: Keep track of any changes in your symptoms and follow up with your healthcare provider as advised.
Health Tip
Incorporate relaxation techniques into your daily routine to help alleviate symptoms. Deep breathing exercises and gentle stretches can help reduce tension and promote relaxation.

I am 50 years old female. Doctor has prescribed me 1.bonther xl ( contains methylcobalamin 1500 mcg) twice daily and 2.penogab sr (contains methylcobalamin 1500 mcg ) once daily Is it safe to take 4500 mcg of methylcobalamin daily?
Female | 50
For some people, taking 4500 mg of methylcobalamin every day can be dangerous. If you take too much methylcobalamin, you might get an upset stomach, diarrhea, or a rash. Talk to your doctor if you feel unwell. They might change the amount you take or give you another kind of treatment.

Female | 39
The blood vessels are influenced by Behcet’s disease which may result in walking problems and unsteadiness. It can cause inflammation anywhere in the body including the brain. To alleviate these signs, drugs can be used to decrease swellings and alleviate pains. To enhance balance and reinforce muscles, physical therapy might be advised. Ensure you closely adhere to what your neurologist tells you to alleviate your symptoms.

i am 20 years old female i am having twitching on left brain above ear and its been 3 days its happening
Female | 20
Twitching can be attributed to a lot of different things such as stress, being overworked, or too much coffee. At other times, the cause may be the nerve ability of the body. Make sure you sleep, eat healthfully, and drink enough water. You may wish to tell your medical provider that you are sleeping badly for this issue to be listed on your consultation form and assessed appropriately.

Is there any treatment for optical nerve injury vision loss
Male | 32
The optic nerve is crucial for the eyes to send signals to the brain for clear vision. Blurred sight, color vision loss, and even blindness can occur. Causes include head trauma, inflammation, glaucoma, and other diseases. Sadly, damaged optic nerves can't fully heal. But treating root causes and eye care may stop further harm. Seeing an eye doctor regularly helps manage vision changes, and keeps eyes healthy.

I have been diagnosed with IIH. Could I work in a hospital with equipment that use electromagnetic radiation in the future if I get a shunt placement ? Will it affect my shunt valve settings?
Female | 27
Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) can cause headaches and vision problems due to increased pressure around the brain. One common treatment is shunt placement, a tube that drains excess fluid. Working with radiation equipment in a hospital is unlikely to affect your shunt, as shunt valves are not impacted by electromagnetic radiation.

When I woke up this morning, I couldn't get out bed. I felt dizziness and total blackouts afterwards. I still lying down. What should I do and what might be the cause of this?
Male | 25
You might be going through orthostatic hypotension. This is a long word that means your blood pressure is too low when you try to stand up. This may lead to you feeling lightheaded and dizzy, and eventually, you might even pass out. To help, try moving stairs at least when you get out of bed, and keep hydrated. If the pain continues, visit a neurologist for a thorough check-up and guidance.

Female | 27
You probably had a severe headache and nausea but now you are better due to Disprin. Today, you have a feeling of dizziness and fever-like symptoms. These could be the signs of a migraine. Migraines can make you experience headaches, vomiting, dizziness, and the like, having light or sound be a trigger. Do not forget to lay down, drink water, and stay away from stress and some foods to keep it from happening.

I AM 22 YEARS OLD MY HAND MILD TREMORS
Male | 22
Hand tremors at 22 years old are quite uncommon but can happen. Stress, high consumption of caffeine, and sleep deprivation that, in some cases, can even be exacerbated by demanding situations might all be implicated. Take a deep breath, cut down on coffee, and get some sleep. If the tremors become more frequent or more severe, it is advisable to undergo a medical examination to find out if other possible causes are present.

HI I am worried about my forgetfullness, I am 20 years old and forgot a password yesterday that I have been doing at list 6 times a week for the past 2 years and today I was sure I brought my bag with me, but it ended up being at home, but I am convinced I took it with me. Is it dangerous that I am forgetting things?
Female | 20
It's normal to misplace or forget things sometimes especially when life gets busy or when you are feeling overwhelmed by the things to do. Forgetting a password or misplacing your bag occasionally is usually nothing to worry about at your age. Get enough sleep, eat healthily, and manage stress to help boost memory. If you're unsure, consider keeping a task list ready or utilizing the reminders on your phone to keep you structured. But if you have worries, getting in touch with a healthcare provider is a great alternative to get yourself tested and put your mind at ease.

Hello Doctor, My name is Ayman. On December 25th, 2023, I suddenly experienced severe, unexplained pain in my neck. The pain quickly spread down my spinal cord, and I lost strength in my hands, making it impossible to move them. I began sweating profusely. Despite being weak, I managed to walk to the car, but my condition worsened on the way. I struggled to breathe, fainted, lost control of my legs, and my lips turned blue before arriving at the hospital. Once at the hospital, I was admitted to the RCU (Respiratory Care Unit) and intubated. Two weeks later, a tracheostomy was performed. During my 75 days in the RCU, I received the following treatments: 1. Plasmapheresis with 50 bottles of Albumin. 2. IVIG therapy (68 bottles). After 75 days, I graduated from the RCU. My recovery began slowly: • My hands started moving again, though they remained numb. • My legs also started moving, but they were extremely numb. I was prescribed Pregabalin 75 mg to help with the numbness in my legs. However, after taking the medication, my legs stopped working again. I was readmitted to the RCU for 3 days and remained under observation in the hospital for a total of 6 months. Eventually, my breathing improved, and I was discharged. I have been home for the past 6 months I can't stop and go This is my current health status. Thank you.
Male | 15
Symptoms such as extremely painful neck, myasthenia, and breathing difficulty could mean a problem with the neurologic or musculoskeletal system. Sometimes it takes a long time for a person to recover slowly in the post-period of invasive treatments like plasmapheresis and IVIG therapy. Make sure to keep following up with your neurologist for a check-up, especially for your adjustment of medication if necessary. They will be the ones to evaluate the decreased sensitivity and mobility in your bodily functions to get the right assistance.

My mother is about 40 years old and she have an unknown brain disorder that it looks like she is in coma but only for 1-2 days after that she stays normal for about 1-2 week and goes into that semi coma state randomly and it seems like that she cannot understand anything and she couldn't do anything she can move but cannot control her body coordinately we have shown her to many doctors but no-one could understand her problem
Female | 40
Her symptoms may indicate a neurological issue that affects consciousness and motor coordination. Several potential causes exist, such as seizures, metabolic disorders, or other brain-related conditions. It’s essential to continue seeking specialized care. I recommend consulting a neurologist or a specialist in sleep medicine for further evaluation, including brain imaging and tests, to better understand her situation. Keeping a detailed diary of her episodes can also help doctors identify patterns.
