A fleshy tissue discharge during your period can be worrisome but it's quite common. Broken or peeling parts of the endometrium may account for this and sometimes the endometrium may look fleshy. Besides that, you might also face cramping and heavier menstruation flow. Usually, it is nothing to worry about, but if you observe any strange smells or have intense pain, it is preferable to consult a gynecologist.

The blood and tissue you notice during your period can be a normal part of the menstrual cycle. Often, this tissue is just the lining of the uterus coming out. However, it could also be related to fibroids or hormonal imbalances. If you experience heavy bleeding or severe pain along with this discharge, it's important to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

Fleshy tissue discharge during periods can be caused by shedding of the uterine lining, blood clots, hormonal changes, miscarriage, or uterine fibroids/polyps. Please check with a gynecologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Is it possible two days after sexual intercourse to test if you are pregnant?

Female | 42

PREGNANCY TESTS can detect pregnancy hormones 2 weeks after conception. It's unlikely to detect pregnancy within 2 days post-sex!!! A wait of at least 1 week after missed period ideal... Using test kits too early may give false negative results. CONSULT a doctor if pregnancy suspected for accurate testing.

If I have unprotected sex 3 days before my periods will I still get them

Female | 20

There is still the possibility of getting pregnant if you have had unprotected sex three days before your period is due. This is because sperm can live for a few days inside the body. Not having your period might be a sign that you are pregnant. If you’re worried, after missing a period you can take a pregnancy test to find out for sure.

Hello,i had sex with my partner 5 days after her ovulation period stopped and we used a condom,is there any chance my partner is pregnant still?

Male | 20

Using protection during intimacy is wise, as condoms provide a barrier against potential pregnancy. Since your partner was past their fertile window, the likelihood of conception is reduced. However, no method offers absolute certainty. A faint possibility remains. Should she exhibit signs such as a delayed menstrual cycle or queasiness, a pregnancy test can definitively confirm or allay concerns.

I am 17 year old female and i had swelling in my vaginal area a few days back. Now i am having alot of yellowish discharge.

Female | 17

It looks like you have a vaginal infection. The swelling and yellow discharge are common signs. Infections can happen because of too many bacteria or yeast. It is important to keep the area clean and dry. Wear cotton underwear and do not use scented products. Drink lots of water and eat good foods to help your body fight off the infection.
