Vitiligo is a skin infection that shows up as white regions on the skin. The main path to getting these is when the skin's melanocyte cells add color. Even though why the cells die is a mystery, for the time being, the immune system might be at fault. A cure for vitiligo doesn't exist, but with therapies such as light therapy or creams, patients can experience some relief. Remember to take care of your skin using sunblock as well. If the condition doesn't improve, please visit a dermatologist.

I am a 25 years old female. I suddenly work up and had herpes and this is the first time, I have never had it or known anyone that has. I haven't kissed anyone in 6 months or more. The last places I was at was work which was a rave last Thursday and on Sunday it was a bit calm. Is it possible I got it from the rave cause I can't understand how I have this rash on my lip and my lips are swollen. I am currently taking Aciclovir tablets and using the cream as well.

I am 54 and have had a swollen, red, itchy, scaly skin leg from the knee to the toes. I’ve been to the doctor 3 times and they checked for a blood clot and ran tests. No clots. Tried 2 different antibiotics that were prescribed and no change. Icing doesn’t change. Elevation doesn’t change. Compression socks doesn’t change it either. Resting it doesn’t help either.

For very big open pores, the oil secretion needs to be controlled, because if oil secretion is not controlled, the pores wont reduce. For oil correction using salicylic acid based face washes, avoiding hair oil are important measures. Apart from that micro-needling or micro-needling radiofrequency, CO2 Laser are better options than just dermabrasion though microdermabrasion might have little effect on open pores.
