Is Alpicort F more effective than Minoxidil for alopecia?
good day I am one of those who suffer from alopecia, my hair is almost gone until now my hair has not stopped falling, I want to know what is the most effective medicine to stop the falling and to grow my hair again . Right now I saw a dermatologist and what he gave me for my scalp was alpicort f. I also want to know if alpicort f is more effective than minoxidil? I am very grateful for your response.
