Why Am I Having Frequent Nosebleeds?

Got a genuine question, been having frequent nosebleeds ( around 12 times in 14 days) and was wondering on what could be the cause or what it could mean

Very often the bloody nose is caused by some things i.e. dry air, allergies, infections, and high blood pressure. In different scenarios, anemia may bear a more long-term consequence including blood disorders or even tumors. You are advised to see an otolaryngologist for a thorough examination as well as opt for the recommended treatment.

My uvula has elongated into my throat after I woke up from sleep this morning about 2hrs ago. It's making swallowing a bit unconfortable. My breathing is fine for now and it's not painful for now. I've gargled with salty warm water.

Male | 29

Concerns about an elongated uvula are understandable and can be caused by factors such as dehydration, allergies, or inflammation. Considering you are merely feeling a little weirdness while swallowing but breathing is okay, it may not be a life-threatening event. Saltwater gargling is the first step to getting relief. Alongside that, drinking water is just as important. When things get worse, or you face such a problem as shortness of breath, and increased pain, please consult an ENT specialist.

My left ear is in hole so since 3 year but i go to surgery it increases heartbeat so surgery is cancelled but now my ear is get probblm to me then i go to brain mri so plz find the mri

Female | 28

You are dealing with problems in your left ear. That's good you're asking for help. A faster heartbeat during surgery can be scary. It may be from stress or another issue. Your ear hole could hurt. Getting a brain MRI is smart to see what's going on inside your head. The MRI gives pictures to figure out the problem. Be sure to talk to your doctor about the results and what to do next.

Hello, I'm 20 years old and my voice stopped developing around 16, so I speak in a high voice for my age. When I speak quietly, it's fine, but when I have to speak more loudly, the voice is very unpleasant for me and those around me. Since I'm about to do a job that requires a normal voice, I need to sort this out. I visited the ENT and she checked my vocal cords. The doctor said that the vocal cords are completely healthy and I should try different voice exercises. So since then, I try to speak in the lowest possible voice in public and at every opportunity, but no change is manifested. I've also found that I've been developing a second voice for several years now that sounds male to me. But I can't talk to him automatically, and when I try, it gets annoying after a while. What can I do?

mužský | 20

Your vocal cords appear okay, but you face a voice challenge. Voices sometimes change uncomfortably or unusually. The high pitch and second male-like tone could result from vocal habits or muscle tension. A speech therapist specializing in voice disorders can help. They'll give exercises and techniques to find a more natural, comfortable voice.

My name is umar khan . I have problem in speaking diseability . I want for operation for my clear voice . if possible or speech therapy

Male | 24

You are having trouble talking clearly. This can happen due to various factors like vocal cord issues or muscle weakness. In place of surgical procedures, speech therapy should be the first step. It is important to conduct speech therapy involving exercises that can develop your speech. One of the primary methods is to try this gentler approach so that it becomes clear if it works before moving on to other solutions.

I am a pastor whenever I used like 30 minutes to preach catarrh will enter my throat and i will not be able to continue again until I go out and cough it, and it has been happening with me more than 15 years now, I have used different cough medicine there's no cure, what can I do,I need a drugs or any treatment that can free me from this problem so that I can be freely preaching

Male | 33 years

It appears that you have a prolonged sore throat which may be due to hidden factors such as allergies, post-nasal drip, or even acid reflux. Therefore, it is possible to feel discomfort if speaking for a long time. You can reduce the symptoms by keeping your fluid intake high and by using a humidifier in the case of dry environments. Patients should also use Throat lozenges. On the other hand, since this is a recurring issue over many years, I very strongly suggest speaking with a healthcare professional.

Ever since I was diagnosed with allergies rhinitis I can't stop producing clear mucus and Iits been six months

Female | 22

It is caused when the body is fighting off allergens, such as dust and pollen, in the nasal passages. This kind of disease is seasonal and it may become severe if not controlled. Employing saltwater nasal sprays, keeping away from various triggers like dust, and staying hydrated can reduce the production of the excreted mucus.
