I am using minoxidil since 2 month. After using this my hair line is more visible what can I do ?
Male | 25
This might happen sometimes as a side effect. Minoxidil could cause increased hair fall before new hair starts to grow. The most important thing is to wait because this shedding usually is temporary. If you are worried, it’s better to continue using the medicine as directed and consult your doctor for more advice.

Vitiligo surgery is possible
Male | 25
Vitiligo is a kind of skin disorder where some areas of the skin get depigmented. It affects the aesthetics but does not bring any pain or sickness. The primary cause is still unclear, but one suspicion could be that the immune system attacks the pigment cells. Surgery is an option to help with color restoration, but it is not a solution to the problem. A thorough examination by a dermatologist is necessary to determine if surgery can be the best solution for you.

A rash on the breast persisting for a year and showing recent changes should prompt a visit to a dermatologist. While it could be benign, such changes may signify underlying issues like dermatitis, fungal infections, or even rare conditions like Paget's disease of the breast.

My doctor prescribed me a sylicylic acid and glycolic acid facewash I have dry and pimple skin I have used this product and it clear my skin but after some time I again got pimples
Female | 27
The salicylic and glycolic acid facewash cleared pimples at first, but they returned later. These acids sometimes dry out the skin too much. This causes more oil production, leading to pimples again. Instead, use a gentle, moisturizing face wash. Be sure to moisturize properly. This keeps skin balanced, hydrated, and prevents more pimple problems.

When am lay on bed under speed fan after hapend have to go and urien paased more times..
Female | 35
You may be experiencing high nocturia, which is frequent urination at night, you need to see a urologist. Sleeping under a running fan may cause the body to lose more water and may result in increased urine production. This is probably the reason why it is from cases such as overdrinking before going to bed or a bladder issue. Avoid drinking liquids before going to bed and observe whether it is effective or not.

I'm 19 I have bacterial infection past 2months so I visit to my near general doctor they suggest clonate ointment and candid dusting powder but still there is no improvement?daybyday its increased and itching also I have so I used clobetamil ointment now infection is mildly decreased but this is not permanent solution?so pls give solution for my problem dr
Female | 19
Clonate ointment and candid dusting powder are corticosteroid and antifungal powder respectively which are not recommended for treating bacterial infections and hence it is suggested to stop the same at once. Proper diagnosis and treating the condition accordingly is essential in your case. Ruling out underlying cause and identifying the source of bacterial infections is equally important. Please consult a Dermatologist immediately so that appropriate antibiotics, good skin care regimen and creams can be recommended.

I am 18-year old female and i have been experiencing throat pain, there’s small oranges bumps on the back of my throat, it hurts to sallow and my throat just looks red and swollen is also small patches on my tonsils.
Female | 18
You could have tonsillitis, a condition in which your tonsils become infected. It may be uneasy for you if your throat is red, swollen, and has small orange bumps and patches. Tonsillitis can be caused by viruses or bacteria. In more detail, the patient should follow the three instructions: drinking a lot of non-alcoholic fluids, sleeping more, and using over-the-counter analgesic medication that your healthcare provider recommended. The practice of gargling warm salty water will definitely sooth the pain as well. By that time the infection has not subsided; it can mean that you should see a physician for more care.

Female | 22
Allergies can cause symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and skin rashes. They often arise from triggers like pollen, dust, or certain foods. Understanding your specific allergens is the first step towards managing reactions effectively. Solutions include avoiding these triggers, utilizing over-the-counter antihistamines, and consulting with an allergist for tailored advice. Testing may help identify specific sensitivities. While many allergies can be managed at home, seeking professional advice ensures comprehensive care and better understanding. If you experience severe reactions, it's important to contact a physician promptly.

Hello this is Kalyan age 21 male, I've been fighting with acne for a period of 3years and even more. Tried different medications , remedies didn't worked, finally consulted a dermatologist, he recommended using Zitblow 10mg, it worked for an extent after being used for 1 years but the problem is there were still black heads on my cheeks which are stubborn and difficult to remove. I'm hoping to get some solution to the problem. Currently I'm not using any of the medications except for the cream called Acne star.
Male | 21
One of the leading causes of acne is that hair follicles get clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne results in blackheads which are the most ideal from the opening of the hair follicle. However, you can be sure that Zitblow 10mg is a really good option. The other options may contain a very gentle exfoliator to clear out the blackheads, but you need to be careful not to damage your skin. In addition, adhering to a really good skincare routine, exfoliating your face, and keeping it clean also can be beneficial to minimize the prospect of blackheads at an early stage.

Female | 40
It sounds like you're experiencing discomfort from a skin condition, possibly linked to bed bugs. Common signs include itching, redness, and swelling. These pests can irritate the skin, especially for individuals with diabetes, as it may increase vulnerability to infections. To manage this issue, keep your skin clean, use anti-itch creams, and ensure your living space is free from bed bugs through thorough cleaning and possibly pest control services. It’s essential to monitor any changes in your symptoms. Consulting a dermatologist is highly recommended for personalized advice and treatment.

One thing not to apply hair oil, avoid having dandruff or use anti-dandruff shampoos weekly on the scalp, using face washes that have salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day.
