Why Do I Have Penis Itching, Burning, Ejaculation Problems?
Having itches in my penis and a burning sensation during urination, also having premature ejaculation, what's the cause

Answered on 9th Sept '24
You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs can bother the penis and give a burning sensation when you pee, and sometimes they can even be the cause of premature ejaculation. The cause of these infections is the bacteria which enter the urinary tract. Avoiding helpful water and visiting a urologist for antibiotics can be a way to treat the infection.

Hi I'm chandan from India iam water intake 2 litere per day my urine output 24 hour 200 ml my urine output very low caln you solution my test report normal
Male | 43
A low output of urine of around 200ml in 24 hours is not considered normal. It may be due to dehydration, kidney problems, or medications. Additionally, try to consume three to four liters of water per day. Eat water pouches as fruits and vegetables in your diet. If the challenge is still the same, kindly consult a urologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

I'm 40 year old male , what can I use for STIs or drop?? Something growing outside my penis
Male | 40
You might have an STI or maybe genital warts. Accompaniments can consist of growths or even bumps on the outside of the penis. STIs come from bacteria or viruses from sex without protection. A doctor's visit is the best for diagnosis and treatment. The doctor might give you medications or recommend procedures to remove the warts.

i had sex for the first time a week ago and since the next day i’ve been having pain while peeing and burning also my pee is cloudy and with a little bit of blood and i’m scared because idk what it is
Female | 16
You may be dealing with a urinary tract infection (UTI). A UTI can occur when bacteria enter your urethra. Symptoms of a UTI include pain or burning while peeing cloudy urine, or even seeing a little blood. UTIs are common and can be cured with antibiotics prescribed by a urologist. To help get rid of it faster, drink lots of water. Also, make sure to pee after sex every time as this can help prevent future UTIs from happening.

is test urine test with negative urobilinogen normal
Female | 51
A negative urobilinogen result from a urine test indicates an absence of bilirubin breakdown products. It's often normal if you don't experience symptoms like yellowing skin or eyes. However, discussing the result with a urologist is advisable to ensure everything is fine. Typically, a negative urobilinogen reading alone isn't concerning unless accompanied by other worrying signs.

I want to ask about the normal erection angle .. my erection angle is about 85 degrees and slightly curved down is that normal. I am 40 years old and I realized that from the first erection I was 12 year old .. I jus have intercourse once when I was 39 years old .. Is intercourse painful to the men? Because I was using a condom I felt that my penis in boiling water. I am taking euthyrox for hypothyroidism
Male | 40
Various factors need to be considered. The sensation you feel because of using a condom may be because of an allergic reaction. You can try some other brands. If you have any fear or pain with the curvature or during intercourse, you should see a urologist. They will assess your condition and prescribe the right treatment.

Mam i had an un protective exposure before 8 months with a married person after 6 months from the exposure i had a penil discharge and pain while urinating symptoms found and i tested all std panel test its all showing negative results but still i have pain on penis please help me with this concern
Male | 30
If you have pain and discharge from your penis, that might be due to an infection. Sometimes those infections (like urinary tract infections or prostatitis) don’t show up on STD tests. It’s important to have a full check with a urologist and maybe some other tests to work out what’s going on. Once we know what’s wrong some treatments work well.

Frequent urination since 4 days
Female | 22
Do you keep visiting the restroom frequently? That's called frequent urination. This could mean you're drinking excessive water or have a bladder infection or diabetes. Drink less before bedtime and avoid caffeine. If it persists, seek medical help. Nobody likes constantly needing to pee more than usual for several days, right? But these causes might explain that sudden urge. Stay hydrated but in moderation for relief until consulting a urologist becomes necessary.

I had been masturbating since long... but past of few months it has been excesive and my testicles are paining....sir...
Male | 17
Excessive self-pleasure can cause pain in your testicles. It’s important to pay attention to your body. You did the right thing by asking for advice. Too much stimulation can strain your testicles, leading to pain. It’s a good idea to take a break and stop for now. If the pain continues, seek help from a urologist for further examination.

The question is about my testicles and how one is bigger then other
Male | 15
It is common for one testicle to be larger than the other because they might not always grow to the same size. Usually, this does not cause any problems or need for treatment. If you have any pain, swelling, or changes in size it is best to see a doctor. They can make sure everything is okay and give you advice.
