A SEMINAL fluid analysis checks male fertility. It examines semen volume, sperm count, shape, and movement. The results determine if there is a PROBLEM with sperm production or function.. If there is an issue, treatment options include LIFESTYLE CHANGES, medication, or ASSISTED reproductive technology.. Consider consulting with a urologist or FERTILITY specialist for further guidance. These are some of the best fertility specialists who treat these issues along with other advance treatments

Scrotal pain last 6 months

Male | 24

Various things can cause scrotal pain such as injuries, infections, or even hernias. Sometimes it may also be caused by conditions like varicocele or epididymitis. You must see a urologist who will be able to examine you and find out what is causing this. Treatment might involve taking drugs, physiotherapy sessions, or in some cases surgical operation.

Hi there, I'm a 17 year old male, and I've been experiencing some discomfort recently. I've noticed left testicle pain to touch, and it's been bothering me for the past week. It's not unbearable, but definitely noticeable. I haven't had any injuries or trauma in that area, so I'm a bit concerned. Any ideas on what might be causing this or if I should seek medical attention?

Male | 17

Pain in your left testicle when touched could be due to various reasons such as epididymitis, varicoceles, or a spermatocele. It’s crucial to consult a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I would recommend seeking such a consultation with a urologist or a sexologist who specializes particularly in sexual health. They will give you a medicated treatment, behavioral strategies, counseling, or any of these as may be appropriate.

Can teratozoospemia be treated with sperm motility being 4%

Male | 30

With teratozoospermia (abnormal sperm shapes) and a low sperm motility of 4%, it's essential to consult a fertility specialist or urologist experienced in male infertility. Treatment options depend on the underlying causes. Possibilities include lifestyle changes, medications, assisted reproductive techniques like IVF or ICSI, and in some cases, surgical interventions.
