What can I use for a bladder infection after I've used antibiotics but still have pain and the symptoms
Male | 26
Bladder infections can sometimes be persistent despite taking antibiotics. Drinking ample water helps flush bacteria from your body. Unsweetened cranberry juice consumption may also prove beneficial. Heat application, such as a warm compress on your lower abdomen, could provide symptom relief. If there's no improvement, consulting a urologist becomes necessary.

Urethra opening is wider and when the urin pass it has two way urine go because of wider opening there any solution for decrese wider opening.
Male | 22
You might be suffering from a circumstance when the opening is seen to be wider than usual. This is the outcome of different aspects such as previous surgical courses or infection. A split stream of urine may occur if the opening is too wide. The proper treatment could be given to you by a urologist, and you could lessen the problem of the urethra widening.

i have urinary frequency and sensation of incomplete bladder emptying. urine culture shows no infection. urine test shows no sugar but there is +1 haemoglobin. no blood in urine. ultrasound shows everything normal but there is urinary retention, about 20ml post void. i tried mirabegon and tamsulosin as recommended but they didn't work.
Female | 17
Your urinary difficulties seem troubling. Tests reveal no infection or sugar problems, which is positive. Slightly elevated hemoglobin suggests minor bleeding, but the lack of visible blood in urine is reassuring. Retaining 20ml urine after urinating can cause frequent urination and incomplete emptying sensations. Since medications like mirabegron and tamsulosin didn't help, consulting a urologist for further assessment and treatment options would be wise.

I am 29 year old male. I am unmarried. I have uncircumsized penis. But I like to keep my foreskin back all the day. so is it fine to keep the foreskin back for long time at this age.
Male | 29
This might lead to irritations, the glans turning red, and hurtful sensations. The foreskin acts as a shield for the sensitive skin of the penis. Always remember that after washing, you should pull the foreskin a little bit forward so that it can cover the glans properly. If any of these issues arise such as symptoms or any doubts, see a urologist.

Hey doc, My name is Bhargav and I am 30, From the last 2 weeks I have had so much of pain in my urethra and the pain starts when I go for urination, and it goes for more than 30 minutes even after urination. no change of color of urine or no smell from urine. No other frequent urination. I have one more condition from childhood, when I was 4 years old I was a victim of Child sexual abuse by my neighbor girl That time. and from then I had so much of pain in my urethra part all of sudden any time during the day, but that pain was gone with time and that pain was different than this pain. but when last year I got married That old pain started in my penis but comes and goes any time in day or night. but it doesn't hurt me when I go for pee. from the last 5 days I have taken Cefixime and PPI, and after taking Cefixime the pain is in control at more than 80 percent but still, it's paining in my urethra while I go for pee.
Male | 30
There is the probability that you have urinary tract infection which is the one causing the pain in your urethra. On one hand, with your background of sexual abuses and current disorders, it is significant to identify sexually transmitted infections like chlamydia and gonorrhea. I would recommend that you visit a urologist or a sexual health specialist to be able to get a proper diagnosing and treatment.

Calcium.oxalate 3-4 hpf mean
Male | 31
You got calcium oxalate crystals in your pee. Small crystals like these happen from not drinking enough, certain foods, or health issues. They can sometimes make kidney stones, which hurt your belly or back. So drink plenty of water, stay away from salty snacks and sodas, and eat more fruits and veggies to avoid them.

This past Saturday, I experienced a sharp pain in the testicle and perineal area. Since then, I've been feeling the urge to urinate every five minutes, but when I do go, it's typically around 20 minutes later. The pain from Saturday vanished immediately, though initially, I thought it was related to needing to have a bowel movement, which didn't happen. While I'm not in pain, I constantly feel the need to urinate. Additionally, I'm dealing with a hemorrhoid issue that requires immediate attention; there's minimal blood when I strain. I've tried to see a doctor for the past month, but I don't have insurance. Should I head to the hospital or wait until I can obtain insurance? Again, I'm not experiencing any pain, just frequent urination.
Male | 49
Combining the symptoms you have stated, you may suffer either a urinary tract infection or prostate inflammation. I would suggest you come to see a urologist for a diagnosis and proper evaluation. Concerning your hemorrhoid situation, the advanced procedure is only available by consulting a proctologist immediately.

Sir i have been through testicular torsion surgery last week.. It has been around 8 days.. And today I have an urge to masturbate and i did it.. So is there any problem?
Male | 17
Generally after surgery, it's recommended to avoid any activities that can put strain or pressure on the surgical site to allow for proper healing. Engaging in sexual activities including masturbation could potentially impact the healing process, especially in the early stages of recovery. Consult your surgeon who performed the surgery for better guidance.

I have been experiencing pain in mostly my left but sometimes both testicles. It feels similar to a stomach cramp but in my balls. I mostly notice it when I sit. I have no other symptoms, but this has been going on for roughly 3 weeks.
Male | 24
Testicular pain may be caused by testicular torsion, epididymitis, varicocele or trauma. To find out the source of your pain, you should see a urologist for medical examination. So, I recommend that you consult a urologist immediately to obtain an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I had symptoms of a uti so I was prescribed antibiotics. Before and after the Antibiotics I had no signs of nitrates, just leukocytes. After the antibiotics the only issue I had was vaginal dryness, itchiness and irritation in the urethra that made me have to pee more. All of these issues started after using soap in vaginal area consistently which I have now stopped. I treated the uti, then the yeast infection and now I am simply left with urethra irritation and dryness on my vulva. Good love mositurizer makes the symptoms go away. Do I just have a dry urethra?
Female | 20
This can occur after using soap in your vaginal area. The dryness can lead to irritation and itchiness down there. But do not worry, this issue can be fixed. Using a gentle lotion can help make the symptoms better. Just keep the area clean and do not use harsh soaps. If the itchiness does not go away, it is a good idea to see a urologist.

My name is Ameer Abdullah, I am from Italy. I dont know the name of my problem but when i go to washroom and pee some for some seconds urine stays on my penis and then when i come out, i started to feel that if i go to this position it will leak and this happens. When i sneeze or wapk or do extra movement my urine automatically leaks. I do not wear under wear a lot so is it related to it?
Male | 15
You may have what is known as urinary incontinence which is a condition where you leak urine without meaning to. You might also notice it when you cough, sneeze, or move. Not wearing underwear a lot is not the cause of this. This is probably because your pelvic muscles are weak. A urologist can suggest the right medication, for example, pelvic exercises to strengthen the muscles.

If you've eaten cotton candy, it might turn your urine pink. Don’t worry, the food coloring should clear up soon. Just drink plenty of water to flush it out. If it lasts more than two days, see a dermatologist.

Male | 44
According to your symptoms and history, it is likely that you have a problem called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This is a prevalent case found in men over 40 and features a swollen prostate gland that blocks the urine outflow. Please continue to deal with a relevant urologist, who is a specialist in this illness.
