Could my symptoms indicate pregnancy or hormonal imbalance?
Hello, I have a question in the field of gynecology. My cycles last approx. 30 days. I had unprotected sex on April 13. but the parter did not ejaculate in me, but stated that he felt some fluid coming out of him, but he stopped intercourse, after which he ejaculated outside of me. I took the EllaOne pill 3 days after, just in case. A week after the pill, I took a Clearblue early pregnancy test and it was negative, and on Thursday (9 days after the pill) I started bleeding lightly (then it was the day before my expected period). The bleeding started mildly, but after a couple of hours, red blood and a stronger stream appeared. On the 4th day, the bleeding stopped, but there was still blood in the vagina. The cervix is hard, lowered and slightly open. Yesterday (day 5) the bleeding started again but much milder than usual (my periods usually last 7 days) and in the afternoon the pad was empty again. I took another pregnancy test, an early Clearblue test (16 days after intercourse) and again it was negative. Today, slight bleeding appeared again, but not enough to soak the pad, I have slight cramps in my stomach and back. I'm under a lot of stress all the time. I'm wondering if it's possible that I'm pregnant or if the pill messed with my hormones. I am asking for your answer. Kind regards.

The pill you took after sex without protection was smart. The bleeding could be from the pill. Those pills can change your period and cause bleeding. Stress can also make your period weird. Since tests say not pregnant, you likely are not pregnant. But watch for other signs and visit a gynecologist if you need help.

i tried to make an appointment with my gyno, but they were all full. Just to clarify english is not my first language so i can't describe everything the best. I'm over here dying of pain, I'm drinking pain meds just so i can function somewhat normal. I'm an 18 year old girl that's been sexually active for around 2 years or so with one partner and this is the first time that this happened. I can say that the pain started a few weeks ago while having intercourse and i felt a pain in my vagina during certain poses( missionary) but as soon as we switched that stopped so i ignored it. We just avoided it and everything was fine, until it started to burn while peeing. After that we had one intercourse during which everything was okay but the intense pain started later and it calmed down in a few mins. Day after that i woke up in the middle of a night because of the pain. Everything felt sore, was burning and itching. Especially around the opening (don't know what else to call it) and i couldn't touch that part, there even was a bump on it . Curiosity got the best of me so i looked with a mirror and i kinda stretched my vagina so i can se inside of it and everything inside was covered in white small chunks (size of rice) and they were really sticky. Also, it smelled funky, but not like fish and there were practically no discharge. Since it was the weekend i couldn't do anything because no one is working. It hurts to stand,sit, walk, litterally anything. I was barely moving. That lasted until yesterday, when i woke up i went to pee and i found a big piece of something on my underwear and it was yellowish green colour. I touched it and the only thing that came to my mind that it was like a piece of toilet paper or something like that . After that the pain reduced, it hurts sometimes and while peeing. I looked with the mirror again and there's no more white chunks and nothing hurts when i touch, also the bump is gone. Is it possible that somehow a piece of paper got inside of me while having intercourse, that he pushed it in with his penis? That it got stuck and came out by itself? If not, please tell me what to do, or how to ease the pain. Btw, gyno isn't working till monday????

I had caesarian 18months back but now I missed my period and I had home test where it was positive. I dont want a baby now, and I have gone to the doctor but he said that if you have gone through caesarean then you have only one option, that is only surgical abortion. And I want mtp. If you don’t want pregnancy, then you will first have to get your sonography done, to see for how many weeks you have been pregnant. Hii. I had sex on 2nd April and i got i pill tablet before 72 hours.usally my monthly periods are 6th of every month.i got withdrawal bleeding after one week of taking i pill i.e on 11th . I had tested urine pregnancy test and got negitive.i didn't get my periods until now what should I do now

Hello doctor My partner and i had sex on 31 july this year. I was on diane pills for about 15 days and continued the remaining 6 pills according to the schedule. My partner also did not cum inside. I also have pcos. I took 5 pregnancy tests at different time during the last 25 days which all came negative. I also bleed for 5 days from 13-17 august but since yesterday i am spotting. I also have left the birth control now after taking it for last 4 months and had no sexual intercourse after that. Can i still be pregnant?

Probably the adjustments you made to the birth control and PCOS could be the triggers for the symptoms you are experiencing.
