It seems that you have a condition called a "brown discharge." This can occur when the old blood from your last period gets mixed with your current cycle. Oftentimes, it is not a significant concern. The pain you are feeling might be due to your uterus contracting and getting rid of this old blood. To relieve the pain, you could try using a heating pad or taking non-prescription pain relievers such as ibuprofen. However, if the pain is ongoing or worsening, you should consult a gynecologist for proper treatment.

I am 26 years old,I am having a yellow smelly vaginal discharge from yesterday, I have not seen my periods for two years first cz I was pregnant then after birth I got started on depo provera i have been off it for 3 monthsI haven't been sexually active for 4 months What could be the issue
Female | 26
It sounds like you may have a common issue called bacterial vaginosis. This problem can make a yellow, bad-smelling discharge. It happens when the bacteria in the vagina get out of balance. Not having periods for a long time and changes in birth control can sometimes start this issue. The best thing is to see a gynecologist for the right tests and treatment.

Female | 30
It looks like according to the calculations you have conceived around the 20th of October 2024. As you know, pregnancy can be quite a nuisance with various symptoms like nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness. These symptoms may be major because of the hormonal changes in your body. It is relevant to consume the appropriate food, stay hydrated, and frequently visit a gynecologist who can keep track of your pregnancy.

periods problem..these month 2 times
Female | 18
Your period coming twice in one month may become a source of irritation, but it is more common than you can imagine. It is usually the result of hormonal changes caused by stress, weight adjustments, or the intake of specific medications. The possible symptoms include unpredictable bleeding, cramping, and mood changes. Monitor your cycle and go to a gynecologist to investigate the chances of the problems and consider various treatment modalities if required.

A negligible amount of precum might have come near vagina wall. Is it necessary to take ipills ?
Female | 20
The likelihood of pregnancy from precum alone is generally considered low. If you're concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, you may want to consider taking contraceptives. These pills are most effective when taken as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse, preferably within the first 24-72 hours

I am 24 year old female, i am having burning sensation after urinating since 15 days how can i cure it please help
Female | 24
Burning sensation after urination may be a side effect of urinary tract infections (UTIs), irritation, or dehydration. The solution to these issues is to drink more liquid and use over-the-counter painkillers if necessary. Make sure that you have good hygiene and don’t expose yourself to irritating substances such as scented products. I suggest you consult a gynecologist.

What should I do about persistent vaginal infection symptoms, including itching and curd-like discharge, despite being on medication for over two weeks?
Female | 32
- Avoid using perfumed soaps, gels, wipes or other feminine products.
- Don’t douche or wash inside your vagina.
- Avoid wearing tight underwear, leotards, bathing suits or sweaty clothes for long periods of time.
- Wipe your vagina from front to back. This prevents bacteria from your rectum from getting into your vagina.

I am 23 years old i have vaginal burning sensations
Female | 23
You are feeling some burning in your vagina. A yeast infection, irritation from soaps or detergents, or even a sexually transmitted infection could cause this. The best thing to do is avoid using any scented products and wear cotton underwear. Drinking lots of water might also help. If it does not go away, see a gynecologist.

"Hi, l'm seeking some clarity about my health. Last month, I experienced vaginal soreness and white discharge, and I visited a clinic. The doctor examined me, saw the discharge, and assumed it was an STI without running any tests. She prescribed me some pills, but a month later, the symptoms returned. I went for testing this time, and surprisingly, my results came back negative for STls. I'm confused and worried about what might be causing my symptoms. Could it be a different infection, a reaction to the pills, or something else entirely? I'd appreciate your help in figuring out what's going on and finding a solution."
Female | 20
Vaginal soreness and white discharge can be due to various reasons other than STls. Nonetheless, great that you had a test, and one that was negative it is likely that you got another vaccine - like a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. These can provide the same symptoms but the treatment is different. Consult a gynecologist for more tests and correct medication.

What is thats means thickened decidualized endometrium
Female | 27
Thickened decidualized endometrium means that the tissue lining your uterus has become thicker than usual because it's preparing for pregnancy. This usually happens during pregnancy or before your period. However, it can also occur due to hormone imbalances or certain medical conditions. When the endometrium thickens like this, it can cause symptoms like heavy periods, irregular spotting, abdominal pain, or trouble getting pregnant. If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, it's important to see a gynecologist.

I am 33 year old female. I took a pregnancy test and it showed a faint test line and a dark control line.
Female | 33
Common symptoms of early pregnancy are missed periods, feeling sick, and being tired. Lines can be faint if there’s not much hormone yet or it’s too early to test properly. The only way to find out is by doing another test in a few days to see if it gets darker. If you’re still not sure what to do next then speak to a gynecologist about it.

Female | 20
Attempting to conceive can be difficult. Keep calm as we try to resolve this. Sometimes, stress or an unhealthy diet can hinder conception. Irregular periods could also play a role. Remember to eat well-balanced meals, stay physically active, and keep stress at bay. You can also get help from an infertility specialist.

I am rly itchy (down there but like inside) and I have a smell and thick white discharge and it’s been like this for about a week
Female | 17
It seems that you’ve got a yeast infection. Yeast are small organisms that can live in warm, humid places like inside your body. The overgrowth of them is the cause of itchiness, thick white discharge, and a smell. You may experience this more after taking antibiotics or wearing tight clothes. You can get over-the-counter creams to help treat it, but if it doesn't get better, it's important to talk to a gynecologist. Besides, wearing loose cotton underwear and avoiding perfumed products can help with the prevention of these infections in the future.

I was wondering what a septated adnexal cyst is and what kind of symptoms you can get from it. I had a partial hysterectomy about 14 years ago. I have been having stomach issues so my Doctor ordered a CT scan and it showed up on the scan.
Female | 45
A septated adnexal cyst is a fluid-filled sac with walls inside it. A hysterectomy can cause this to happen near the ovaries. You might not feel anything or could have a belly ache, bloating, or discomfort. Sometimes they can go away, but other times a gynecologist might suggest more tests or surgery.

Want to delay my periods for four days and not getting pregnant ... What should I do?
Female | 21
If you want to delay your periods for four days and avoid getting pregnant, what about taking a drug called norethisterone that has been passed for such use? This medication will be the way to delay your period. It achieves this by controlling the production of progesterone in your body. Nevertheless, remember that this is not a contraceptive method, so you have to use other birth control methods if you are sexually active. A gynecologist would best be able to assess you and establish the correct prescription and dosage for you.

I had missed my periods but pregnancy test is negative
Female | 20
It can be confusing to miss your periods when a pregnancy test shows negative, but there are some explanations. One possible cause is stress. Rapid weight changes could also lead to this. Hormonal problems or too much exercise may be behind it as well. In some cases, medicines might make you miss them too. Record what symptoms occur each time and see a gynecologist if they keep happening so that the cause can be determined.
