Hey I just have quick question in regard my prescription I received off on Thursday 11th May : I was prescribed azithromycin. So I started it on Friday 12th May My first day I had to take one dose of 1g I took the four tablets in one go as said And then Saturday and Sunday I had to take 500mg once a day for 2 days. But I was spacing out the 500mg during the day on Saturday and Sunday I was taking one in the morning so 250mg and one in the evening 250mg? Was that okay to do ? Will it still work the same ?

While you took the first dose correctly, it's imp to take the 500mg as a single daily dose as prescribed. If you have any concerns, you should contact the doctor who prescribed it to you.

Lukeoplakia in my inner side mouth
Male | 23
I would suggest you to see an oral surgeon or ENT specialist for a right identification of the condition. Leukoplakia is a white or grayish patch that forms in the tongue, mouth and gums. It may be due to irritants such as tobacco or alcohol. A professional can suggest the best treatments, based on how serious it is.

I ate only soaked (in cold water) row soya chunks. I read these are harmful to health. Can you pls let me know how they are harmful? And What should I do now?
Male | 33
Consuming only uncooked soya chunks can be detrimental. You may experience difficulty in digestion, possibly causing abdominal distress, bloating, and gas. Cooking soya chunks adequately facilitates easier absorption of nutrients. If consumed raw, indigestion may occur through stomach aches, gas, or bloating. Drinking enough water assists in flushing out problematic substances. Closely monitor yourself for any abdominal disturbances following raw soya chunk ingestion.

I am 26 and I am 5.2 feet in height. I wat to increase 2.5-3 inches of my height. is it possible? any medical treatment or supplement or medicine? please help me.
Male | 26
I must inform you that after the age of 18-20, the growth plates in your bones usually fuse, and your bones stop growing. So it's unlikely that you can increase your height by 2.5 to 3 inches through medical treatment, supplements, or medicines.
There is also a surgical procedure called Limb lengthening but its a complex one considered as a last resort for those with severe limb length discrepancies and comes with certain risks & complications.

I can't sleep well I just sleep for 2 3 hours
Female | 17
You might be experiencing difficulty in sleeping. Sleeping only for 2-3 hours is not enough. Do you feel tired, irritable, or have difficulty concentrating during the day? It may be due to stress, caffeine, or electronic devices before going to bed. Try relaxation before bedtime, reducing caffeine intake, and creating a comfortable sleeping space.
