Gulping down Clingen Forte's tablet inadvertently is a source of alarm. It is composed of Clotrimazole that can cause dizziness, discomfort, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhea. Please, tell your family doctor or the nearest hospital emergency room if you feel any of these signs. Another alternative for you is to have a colonoscopy, which is a diagnostic procedure done by a gastroenterologist.

I am 17 years old male. Had fever 10 days back, then a swollen piece on my left side of neck at backside (i think lymph nodes), also having swollen gums from 2 days. last night i had a swollen thing on upper right side of stomach, pressed it gently, some squash sound came as if some liquid popped out, after a few seconds felt burning sensation on that area. It moved to the right side when i slept on right side, moved towards upper part of navel when slept towards left side. Had cold milk but nothing felt better. What could it be?
Male | 17
Fever, swollen lymph nodes, swollen gums, and sudden swelling with a liquid sound on your stomach may be signs that infection is taking place in your body. Timely medical assistance is necessary to find out the correct cause and to treat it. Infections can be treated with antibiotics prescribed by a doctor.

Moreover, you should adhere to the doctor's directions about insulin dosage and timing as well as accurately measure your blood sugar level. In case of any doubts concerning your gall bladder surgery, consult a gastroenterologist

Sir my mother is suffering from loose motions since 6 months she is going to laterine approx 50 times in a day.
Female | 60
Going to the bathroom fifty times a day is not normal. This may signify a health issue that requires immediate care. It could be the case that loose motions for a long time may be as a result of infections, food intolerances, or inflammation in the gut. It is crucial to consult a gastroenterologist immediately to find out the exact reason and to start the right treatment.

I'm experiencing pain in lower right side of abdomen from 2-3 weeks. Today I was feeling nausea with pain for few minutes in a particular fixed pain area where pain everytime occurs.
Male | 25
You're feeling sick. That pain in your belly may be appendicitis. Your appendix, a small sac, could be inflamed. Nausea, steady pain - those are warning signs. You need to see a gastroenterologist soon. Leaving appendicitis untreated is risky. If it's appendicitis, you'll likely need surgery. They'll remove your appendix to prevent complications.

Severe gas formation, bloating, and gastric pain right side when bloating..
Male | 66
It seems that you are dealing with severe gas, bloating, and sharp pain on the right side of your tummy, more so when you have a bloated feeling. This might be because the gas is trapped in the intestines or there is a problem with the digestive system. Slowly chewing your food, steering clear of fizzy drinks, and being physically active would be a good start. Make sure that you are also drinking enough water in this case. Should the pain continue or even become more intense, do not hesitate to contact a gastroenterologist for further directions.

After childbirth, some mothers can undergo stomach pain problems due to uterine contractions or it may be due to the changes in the uterus. This is a process that can naturally occur as your body recovers. It is important to rest, drink enough water, and apply heating pads for comfort. However, if the pain worsens or you have other symptoms like fever, bleeding, or unusual discharge, check in with a gastroenterologist.

You may have a stomach bug. The condition may lead to shivering, stomach pain, and general weakness. The cause of this can be either eating something bad or a virus. It may help to relax, hydrate, and eat bland foods. Greasy and spicy food is preferable to stay away from. If you can, consult a gastroenterologist about medicines that can soothe your stomach.

i have swollen veins near anus .
Male | 22
Bulging veins around your rear end are basically varicosities, and such blood vessels are called hemorrhoids. This can occur if you strain when having a bowel movement, are overweight, or sit for extended periods. The signs can be pain, itching, or bleeding. To feel better, use over-the-counter creams or sit in warm water (sitz bath) several times a day. More fiber intake can be really beneficial as well.

It is possible the bleeding you are experiencing is the result of problems with the digestive system, including the eating of spoilt or contaminated food. It is necessary to go to a gastroenterologist immediately to find out the causes and symptoms of the bleeding.

Low grade Appendiceal reuinous neoplasm
Female | 50
The term low-grade appendiceal neoplasm refers to abnormal tissue in the appendix. If you have one, it will be stealthy at times, although you may feel pain in the lower right side of your tummy, nausea, or changes in your stool. However, the underlying cause is not always clear. It entails surgery to evacuate the appendix if the infected part is operable. The follow-up examinations are quite significant and must be done to supervise the condition.

Suppose there is a foreign body like a small fish bone or chicken bone which got stuck in small bowel or has perforated small bowel and entered peritoneal cavity. As we know upper endoscopy and colonoscopy cant reach small bowel then how do we diagnose such small object and which imaging would be the best for diagnosis?
Male | 22
In case you accidentally swallow a fish bone or a chicken bone and it gets stuck in your small bowel or pokes a hole, it can cause serious problems. These conditions can be the cause of symptoms like strong abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and fever. To diagnose this, a CT scan of the abdomen is the best imaging test. It is capable of revealing if there's a foreign object or a hole in the bowel. When this occurs, surgery may be necessary to remove the object and fix the bowel. Don't wait if you have these symptoms, visit a gastroenterologist.
