Your talking about alopecia areata. Main line of treatment for alopecia areata is local and intralesional steroids. Oral and local immunosuppressant are also very effective. Pls try for TOFACITINIB 5MG TWICE A DAY AFTER FOOD. Reach out to me or any dermatologist for further evaluation and second opinion - Dermatologists in India.

Dry or frizzy Hair ko kaise sahi kare is recommended oil and shamphoo

Male | 18

Are you troubled by dry and frizzy hair? Signs include coarse, tangled strands lacking shine. This could be due to dryness or harsh products. To help, use coconut oil if your hair is oily, and opt for sulfate-free shampoos. Also, avoid washing with hot water. These steps should help you achieve silky, soft hair.

I am having problem with my piercing the hole on the top of the skin is closed but the earing is stuck from behind what to do

Female | 20

Your piercing might cause some trouble. Sometimes, the hole on top of your skin may close up while the earring remains stuck from behind. This can happen when the skin wraps around the back of the earring. You might experience pain, redness, or swelling. To solve this, you can gently try pushing the earring out from the back or seek help from a professional piercer. Never force it out, as that can cause more harm.

Iam 36 years old I have oily skin with open pores I need some moisturizer for.my skin to.look fresh kindly suggest

Female | 36

You need a non-comedogenic moisturiser which doesn’t cause any breakout or add to the oily state of the skin. Squalene, ceramide containing moisturisers which do not block the pores are recommended for oily skin. Please consult a dermatologist for thorough analysis of your skin to get a customised prescription suitable for your skin. Each one has a unique skin and has to use  best suitable products to maintain a healthy skin. Open pores can be reduced by using retinol containing creams at bedtime. If they are severe procedural treatments like laser toning, micro needling radio frequency can help.

I am 21 can i eligible for hair transplant?

Male | 21

One of the factors that influence eligibility for a hair transplant includes age. Although there is no strict age limit, the stability of your hair loss pattern should be considered. Typically, hair transplants will be recommended for individuals whose menu of baldness is stabilizing around their late 20’s or older; this gives them a better sense about what the future patterns would look like. Furthermore, overall health, availability of donor hairs and rational expectations surrender to a decision on eligibility.
