Why is my penis head irritated despite negative STD results?
I have unprotected sex once last year end of december 2023..my penis head irritaion on and off..but no diacharge.no burning during pee.no swollen no redness.nothing..i can sleep and eat .work as usual..went for std blood test..all results show negative..try all sort of antibiitic oral & injection..itchy pill anti fungal pill and cream doest work either..doctor here cant diagnos me..i have this sour and white toungue..scrap it off and it comes back..im smoker and alcohol user

It could be because of a fungus attack, termed Candidiasis, also the one known as oral thrush. This can happen after unprotected sex, smoking, or using alcohol. To deal with this practice, antifungal remedies are written by a dermatologist, and refrain from smoking and heavy drinking. Using a good personal hygiene routine has other essential roles to play, too.

That tangy white taste you get in your mouth may be from smoking or drinking alcohol. These things can make your mouth hurt. The white stuff could be a yeast infection caused by these bad habits. Try to smoke less and stop drinking so much. Also, don’t forget to brush your teeth and use mouthwash every day. If this doesn’t help, try to see a dentist soon.

The pigmentation occurs due to multiple reasons and that can be treated by dermatologists. If the pigmentation is caused by melasma that has to be must with creams for a long time and sun protection using a proper sunscreen, so contact a dermatologist for proper treatment.

The colour of the skin is determined by the amount of melanin produced in the skin. Dandruff in the scalp is due to excess sebum (natural oil) production along with increased activity of a fungus called Malassezia in the scalp. Antifungal shampoos containing Ketoconazole, Ciclopirox, selenium sulphide can help treat the dandruff. If it is severe, oral antifungals are also prescribed for a short duration. Salicylic acid, coal tar shampoos are also prescribed in case of excess flakiness of scalp. Hair fall may be due to dandruff, nutritional deficiencies, stress or due to genetic factors. It is recommended to visit a dermatologist who can diagnose the cause of hairfall and may suggest treatment accordingly. Trichoscopy of the scalp may help in understanding the nature of the scalp and condition. Nutritional supplements, Capixyl containing serum, Minoxidil solution, oral supplements containing vitamin and minerals are prescribed by the dermatologist to treat the hair loss. Change in hair colour in beard and scalp may be due to nutritional deficiencies or strong hair colours or genetic causes. Dermatologist’s help may be needed to treat the same. I'm 19 years old, I had irritation in my inner thigh thought to be thigh chaffing, it stopped then had a surgery for ovarian cyst removal surgery. After a week I had a watery profuse discharge from down there with a weird bad smell stopped after 3 days but caused severe irritation in my inner thigh and labia majora. Went to a dermatologist (and that was 3 months ago) he prescribed for me daktacort thrice daily and triflucan 150mg once weekly as I had tinia cruris (not sure of spelling). My skin got better but I still have slight irritation in my labia majora and minora and white solid like discharge in the middle of the day (not sure if it's okay) my dermatologist told me to continue till my symptoms stop completely and add 2 weeks but I have doubts about the dose and prescription because I didn't think it would last this long. Please help me relief my doubts.
