Is my left penile bend Peyronie's or natural?
Hi Dr Neeta, I have a bend towards left in my penis. I do not feel any pain or discomfort with an erection. I am not able to figure out whether it is peyronie's disease or just a natural curvature. It feels like I have some extra muscles on the left side on my penis.

You might have Peyronie's disease which can develop a bent penis. The reason for this is the degradation of the penis and scar tissue formation inside the penis. It can be either the result of injury or unknown reasons. You probably won't need the treatment if it doesn't hurt or cause any issues. But if you're concerned, visiting a urologist could be beneficial. They may recommend medication, injections, or surgery.
