I am a 16 year old male who has not been able to hold in my pee for a few days now since I got back from holiday and I don’t know why. It feels like I have no muscles down there but returns to normal when I start to pee but goes back to what it was when I finish and I’m concerned
Male | 16
You might have a condition called neurogenic bladder; a life-threatening condition resulting from nerve damage. Because of this, you might experience problems with your bladder, and you'll think that the muscles down there don't function properly. Seeking a urologist's advice is necessary to get a correct diagnosis and treatment of the disease. As a precaution, use the bathroom often and ensure that your bladder is emptying.

Puj junction is blocked for left kidney. It hardly works like 5% what would be the best suggestion in this case
Female | 31
As a medical expert I would suggest you go for urologist consultation. A kidney failure or renal disease may arise from the blocked PUJ that causes the severe damage to the kidneys. A pyeloplasty procedure may be instituted by the urologist to open the blockage and restore normal kidney function. Seeking prompt medical help is crucial to curb further kidney damage in that area.

You seem to have symptoms of a urinary tract infection (UTI). This causes pain when peeing. You might also need to urinate frequently. Your urine may look cloudy or smell unusual. Drinking lots of water and not holding in your urine can help. Sometimes antibiotics are required from a urologist to get rid of the infection. It's crucial to address a UTI promptly to feel better fast.

Im 35 years single penis bend towards left it is normal?
Male | 35
It's perfectly alright for a penis to have a slight bend. The truth is that most of the time, this is nothing serious, especially when there is no pain or other problems. This bend could be the result of the arrangement of your tissues or how you use it. However, if your mind is not bothered and no issues are present, then there is no need to stress.

My penis foreskin stuck and and not pull up and my penis is swallow and have water buuble in its tip
Male | 30
It looks like you might have a condition known as paraphimosis. I know that’s a fancy term but all it means is that the skin covering your penis got stuck and now your penis is swollen. Pulling the skin back too much can cause this. The water blister might mean there’s an infection. You need to go to a hospital. They can take care of things and make you feel better.

Mens Ball irritate of one year
Male | 18
Characteristic signs that might be visible are redness, swelling, or discomfort. It is vital to practice proper hygiene and wear loose, breathable clothing to lessen irritation. Stuff bought over the counter might help relieve the sore part but repeated symptoms should not be ignored. I fervently suggest seeking an urologist for a comprehensive check-up and individualized treatment plan.

You might have a urinary tract infection. These infections can bring along symptoms such as a burning sensation when urinating and making urine slightly bloody. The additional features include frequent urination and discomfort in the lower abdomen. In this case, you will probably be prescribed antibiotics that a urologist ordered. Aside from that, you should also drink enough water to help remove the infection from your body.

Bleeding urine for 2 minutes but not during your regular period can be caused by a few reasons. The reason behind it might be an infection in your urinary tract or maybe you have kidney stones. Other times, it could be due to a hormone imbalance. If this occurs to you, you must see a urologist. Germs entering your bladder can make you experience a urinary tract infection. You may feel like peeing often but little comes out. Something stuck in your bladder might be bothering you. Burning or pain while urinating is another symptom. Your lower belly or vagina might hurt too. Drink plenty of water. Visit a urologist for prescribed antibiotics to recover quickly.

I am 23 years old. I need to urinate frequently. Usually about every 10 minutes. More frequent urination at night than during the day. Even after urinating, the urine does not empty completely. Also, I feel extremely thirsty at night. Suffering from this condition for about 2 years. Blood, urine and scan tests were done. All those test reports are normal. What is the purpose of this?
Female | 23
Having frequent urges to pee, especially during night hours, and feeling thirsty often are signs of an overactive bladder. Despite normal test results, this condition can occur. Managing it involves simple lifestyle adjustments, exercises for the pelvic muscles, or medication. However, consulting a urologist is necessary to explore suitable treatment methods for your specific case.

For a urologist: Hi, I'm 16 year old male, I have phimosis and hypersensitive glans, Recently I brought betnovate-n to lossen the foreskin but how do I apply it without syringe? Do I just pull back the foreskin to where it starts feel uncomfortable, that way the cream will definitely get on the glans and over long extended period of time, won't the cream start to do harm to the glans? Do I apply it when I have erection? It is harder to pull the foreskin back when I have erection, and can I urinate before or after applying the cream? Does the foreskin and glans have to be dry before applying the cream? I brought the cream without a urologist's diagnosis since I live in a traditional village without access to such things, not to mention that I don't have the type relationship to anyone in my family where I can talk about these things, so I did bit research and I definitely have phimosis grade 3-4(I can barely see the glans when i have erection) I came across article which said that steroid creams can thin the foreskin to the point where it will rip apart, so I'm very scared and nervous. What's the chance of that happening? Ignore any grammar mistakes as English isn't my first language. Thank you very much.
Male | 16
Phimosis is when the foreskin is tight and can't be retracted. This condition can lead to itching and difficulty in proper hygienic upkeep. Betnovate-N cream can help to get rid of the tight sheath. You can apply a small portion to the tight area when the foreskin is dry. One easy way is, to shallowly trigger it back to the elastic extent without making any patient uncomfortable. Alternatively, restrict your dosage of cream to avoid the risk of side effects.
