Answered on 23rd May '24
Loss of ability to pull back the foreskin is a typical, but curable, condition named phimosis. It might be result of a medical condition that led to birth defect. The best option is to see the urologist who can do the full body test and recommend the most suitable drugs for the specific case.

Jum mai potty karna jata ho or jub potty ka liye pressure lagata toh peshabh nikalti hai or jub tuk potty karta hu tub tuk nikalti hai .lekin jub mai pressure lagata ho tabhi nikalti hai
Male | 18
It can happen when the muscles which are responsible for urination become weaker. During the straining to pass stool, pressure on the bladder led to the release of urine. This can be brought about by reasons such as aging, childbearing, and specific diseases. Thus, try the pelvic floor exercises, manage your fluid intake, and visit the medical doctor to get further help.

Could you please suggest your valuable opinion regarding my problem Iam a working womean in pharma Thank you

The fact that you have not responded to multiple courses of antibiotics, its possible that you may have a chronic or recurrent UTI. I recommend seeing a urolgist or gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Why can i not pull my foreskin back
Male | 17
Sometimes your foreskin might be difficult to pull back. This happens when the opening is too tight, called phimosis. You could feel pain or discomfort trying to retract it. If so, see a urologist - they may suggest gentle stretching or medication.

I am a 16 year old male who has not been able to hold in my pee for a few days now since I got back from holiday and I don’t know why. It feels like I have no muscles down there but returns to normal when I start to pee but goes back to what it was when I finish and I’m concerned
Male | 16
You might have a condition called neurogenic bladder; a life-threatening condition resulting from nerve damage. Because of this, you might experience problems with your bladder, and you'll think that the muscles down there don't function properly. Seeking a urologist's advice is necessary to get a correct diagnosis and treatment of the disease. As a precaution, use the bathroom often and ensure that your bladder is emptying.

I have get cut on my pennis by my jeans chain..cut is happen in my frenulum skin .. it happened 6 month before.. the cut was gone but it still pain when I open my upper skin of pennis .. and it's also pain when I intercourse with my partner
Male | 28
It appears you may be having a condition called frenulum breve, where the skin under the penis head is very narrow. This could cause pain during intercourse. The pain from your previous cut might have made it tighter. It is something that you should discuss with a doctor so that he could guide you through the different options like stretching exercises or to fix this issue through surgery.

Male | 21
Vericocele is a swollen vein in the testicle that may be seen or felt around the scrotum and the testicle itself. There may be a feeling of heaviness, discomfort, and swelling. Using surgery can fix this. The testes can return to their normal state after the surgery. It is wise to get guidance from a urologist on what to expect and how to take care of yourself after the surgery.

I am Shashank. I am 26 year old. Last 2 day Frequent Urination. Approx 15-18 time. No any Burning or pain.
Male | 26
I'm glad you talked about your frequent urination. That's a good thing there's no pain or burning. Aside from your tendency to move fluids, drinking a lot of tea or taking a stress pill may also be the culprits. As well, your inflamed bladder or your unresolved diabetes can cause you to go to the toilet too often. If the situation persists or worsens, meet a urologist.

Getting pregnant through oral sex isn't possible for females. Many factors like poor digestion or muscle strain can cause stomach and leg discomfort. Male | 28
Based on the symptoms you have described, it seems like you have prostatitis. This can cause pain in the penis, especially at night or when you ejaculate. In some cases, men may have trouble urinating or may feel the need to urinate frequently. Prostatitis is usually caused by a bacterial infection, although other factors may also play a role. In some cases, the doctor will recommend antibiotics. It is important to visit a urologist to ensure a proper diagnosis and get the treatment you need.

It occurs due to the entry of the bacteria into your urinary tract which leads to trouble. Symptoms include a sharp burning smell in your urine during urination or a strong urge to urinate often. To feel better, you can drink heaps of water, avoid urine retention, and consult a urologist who will prescribe the medicine that will help. I am suffering from hydrocele
Male | 28
A hydrocele is a collection of fluid around the testicle, which causes it to swell. This may be due to an injury, an infection, or sometimes without a clear cause. Cold weather is often a symptom, but it may also come with a sense of extra weight. Alternatively, if the hydrocele doesn't bother you at all, no treatment is required. Nevertheless, if it is the case that it nauseates you or continues to swell, a small surgery may be sufficient to drain the liquid and prevent it from manifesting again. Visit a urologist who will help you decide what to do next.

I feel pain in right side of urinary bladder and have frequent urination from past 2 years
Male | 26
Bladder infections occur when bacteria enter your bladder. They may cause pain in one side of the bladder region. This can lead to frequent urination and a burning sensation when peeing. You might constantly feel like urinating, even after going. Drinking plenty of water helps flush out bacteria. Antibiotics are usually prescribed by a urologist to treat bladder infections effectively.

Having itches in my penis and a burning sensation during urination, also having premature ejaculation, what's the cause
Male | 28
You may have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs can bother the penis and give a burning sensation when you pee, and sometimes they can even be the cause of premature ejaculation. The cause of these infections is the bacteria which enter the urinary tract. Avoiding helpful water and visiting a urologist for antibiotics can be a way to treat the infection.
