So I would say that if you notice a constant vibration in your penis, particularly when this sensation is new and lasting more than four weeks then it’s time to see the doctor. This could be a small nerve problem or something more serious. I suggest visiting a urologist for further investigation to identify the underlying cause and the required therapy. Early diagnosis is essential for proper management.

This vibration sensation experienced by the patient could be due to a condition called penile paresthesia. It can be caused by prolonged pressure on the penile nerve or injury to the area. I would suggest consulting a urologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

After RGU test I don't get erection and my penis length and girth size decrease so much what can I do now.
Male | 20
Some people may find it difficult to get an erection after an RGU test and may also observe a reduction in the size of their penis. This could be due to swelling or temporary irritation following the procedure. It would help if you had time for yourself; allowing healing. Light stretching and massaging can help improve blood circulation. If this matter persists, talk to your urologist.

Hi doctor i got hit on my private part
Male | 22
I suggest that you make an appointment with a urologist right away. Genital injuries may be worsened by delaying and can lead to serious consequences. Even if you do not feel pain now and nothing is visibly broken, you need to get a correct examination to check if there are any inner injuries.

I am facing phimosis problem.i can not pull my skin back.its fully covered
Male | 15
You may have phimosis, which is the situation when the skin on your privates is too tight, making it impossible to pull it back. This can bring about complaints such as using the bathroom with pain or difficulty. Phimosis can be a consequence of infections or uncleanliness. The good news is, there are treatments that can help, like using creams or sometimes surgery. Discuss your options with a urologist to determine the best course of action.

Moving your testicles around is a bad idea because it causes pain and harm. Testicular pain can be due to various reasons like an injury, an infection, or a testicular torsion. If you have any pain or concerns about your testicles, it's best to see a urologist. They can help determine what the cause of the illness is and prescribe the correct treatment.

Can masturbation help with urine incontinence im a boy and how much time shouls i masturbate in a day if yes?
Male | 16
Masturbation is not a normal thing and it does not have any direct effect on urine incontinence. The term "urine incontinence" means peeing when you don't mean to. The reason behind it can be weak muscles or nerves in the bladder. The act of masturbation will not change it. A urologist should be consulted if you have urine incontinence. They can assist in determining the reason and provide a remedy.

You seem to have priapism, meaning blood stays trapped in your penis, resulting in a prolonged erection. This happens without sexual stimulation and can hurt. Possible causes are medications, blood clotting issues, or illegal drugs. If priapism occurs, immediately visit a urologist to prevent permanent damage.

It is normal for semen to have a slightly jelly-like texture, but if it continues, it could be a sign of dehydration or an underlying condition. It’s best to consult a urologist, who specializes in male reproductive health, to get a proper evaluation and ensure there are no issues.

How to stop urinary retention? Their is a trace of protein in my number 1 and my White blood cells count is slightly high. My doctor told me I have no infection yesterday.
Male | 25
The symptoms appearing in you, as pristine in your pee and high white blood cell count, can serve as evidence of an overactive bladder. It means your body is facing a pee-out flow due to one of several reasons like nerve dysfunction or blockage. You should visit an urologist to suggest medications or exercises that can restore the strength of the bladder muscles.
