I am 49 years old, i have problem in uminating , difficulty in passing urine and acute pain on my back. I have difficulty in waliking normally. Please help me

Hello, my mom went to the doctor for UTI symptoms. After checking her, the doctor prescribed her Ciprofloxacin. After reading the severe side effects it has, my mother is uncomfortable in taking it. Would Ciprofloxacin (antibiotic) be the first option to treat a UTI? Are there other antibiotics with less severe side effects? She hasn't taken the antibiotics as she's not been feeling well. The past two days she had chills and feeling warm. They also sent my mom her culture test a few days later after the doctor visit. They determined she has a UTI and provided a list of other antibiotics

My wife has been feeling headache ,body pain and weakness since Saturday afternoon, after all tets like Dengue Rapid and also Elisa ,Chikungunya it all came negative , today did urine analysis and pus cells mentioned as 10-20 and Epithelial cells as 5-15.
