I was diagnosed with hypertension at age 13. I started taking Lisinopril 5mg daily with great results. Two weeks ago i noticed my resting bloodpressure is perfect (104/67-120/80) but as soon as i stand it rises to 121/80s-139/90s and distolic goes even higher the longer i stand and increased palpatations sometimes with discomfort. I do not work. Im 29 year old male. Ive avoided standing and exercise sence i noticed changes. What could this be. Thyroid bloodwork is normal.

Low BP and on spironilactone for acne. BP was 99/60 on Monday. Today at 6:30am, it was 89/54 and at 7pm today it was 95/58. Have off and on nausea.

My husband is diabetic and has high cholesterol and is taking medicines for both. He has central obesity. His recent echo showed diastolic dysfunction. Left ventricle edv is 58 ml and esv is 18 ml.
