The symptoms you described seem arduous. Shortness of breath, dizziness, discomfort in the chest region, and pain on the left side often indicate cardiac complications. In certain instances, despite normal test results, cardiovascular issues persist. The medications prescribed aim to regulate elevated blood pressure levels. However, consulting a cardiologist once more might provide valuable insights.

My mother went to a cardiologist to change her blood pressure medication only to find out she has fluid in her heart
Female | 60
Your mom might have extra fluid around her heart. It happens when the heart struggles to pump correctly. Heart disease or high blood pressure often causes fluid buildup. To treat it, her cardiologist may give her medicine. The medication helps remove excess fluid and strengthens the heart's pumping ability.

My mother has recently been diagnosed with a heart tumor. She was told that it was not causing problems with blood flow. Surgery was not advised. She has had three bouts with edema, one was serious. She had type 2 diabetes which is well controlled. She has high blood pressure. She is the most active woman her age that I have ever known. Why shouldn’t she have surgery? It doesn’t seem like the tumor is asymptomatic at all.
Female | 83
Sometimes, doctors may decide against surgery for heart tumors if they believe the risks outweigh the benefits, especially in older patients or those with other health conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. Her edema could be due to other factors. It is best to consult with a cardiologist who can give a detailed explanation and guide you on the best course of action.

What treatment would you suggest to person with LVEP 10% still the person is walking and talking normally
As per my understanding, the patient is having LVEF 10% and is walking and talking normally (leading a normal active healthy life). To me it seems to one of the rare case where a person having LVEF 10% and leading active healthy life. You should consult a cardiologist and get the ECHO repeated either there may a mistake in the previous report or if it's a miracle then it should be studied further. After a few minutes I started massaging my shoulder and back and it stopped. 1h after when I was falling asleep it came back and I massaged again and it stopped. Is it something I need to worry about?

Male | 66
A big bulging area in the heart's main pumping chamber might burst, creating problems. Squeezing chest pains, skipped heartbeats, breathing trouble; those are signs something's off. An earlier heart attack or operation sometimes causes this condition. Get urgent care from a cardiologist who'll prescribe meds or operate, preventing worse issues if it ruptures.
