Should I be concerned about my testicle discomfort?

Hi, I’m 15 years old, and I’ve been having some discomfort in my left testicle. It feels a bit bigger than the right one, and it seems to move around more in my scrotum. I don’t feel any lumps, but it feels like there might be some swelling. I’m not sure if this is normal or something I should be worried about. The other day after sleeping to the side with my pillow between my legs i woke up to my left testicle being very hard, probably because it was crushed a bit during the sleep as it moves and pushes to the scrotum wall next to the penis. I didn’t experience pain urinating I’ve noticed it for a few days now. It doesn’t hurt all the time, but it’s a bit uncomfortable, especially when I’m moving around or if my legs are close together. There’s no pain in my abdomen, and I don’t think there have been any major changes, but I’m just not sure.

You might be having an ailment called hydrocele which is when there is a fluid build-up around the testicle and it gets to be swollen. This could result in one of the testicles feeling bigger than the other and being able to move around more freely. The way you sleep creates pressure on the testicle may be why the discomfort is worse. It's crucial to have a check-up with a urologist to be sure and get the right treatment.

My boyfriend uses meth I do not and he ejaculated inside of me today. I have a urine drug test tommorrow could this cause me to fail?

Female | 29

The possibility of your boyfriend's methamphetamine consumption leading to a failed urine drug test for you tomorrow is improbable. The likelihood of drugs entering your system through his ejaculation during intercourse is minuscule.

This might be an infection, like a urinary tract infection. These are usually for women. The most common symptoms are feeling the need to pee a lot and burning sensations. Drinking plenty of water and visiting the doctor for antibiotics can help eliminate the problem. Always remember to wipe from the front to the back after using the bathroom to prevent these kinds of infections. Besides, don't retain your pee for a long time.

I have urine track infection from last 7 years... I done many urine test... And doctor are saying... It's ok.. Nothing to worry

Female | 23

You need to go see a doctor and have your urinary tract infection treated. Even though it might seem like a trivial issue, chronic infections can cause more serious issues if they are left. A urologist who focuses on UTIs should be seen for the diagnosis and treatment of this condition.

Hypersensitivity in penis glans

Male | 27

When a person has hypersensitivity in the glans, this means that the skin over the glans is too sensitive and causes discomfort and even pain. This can occur due to the reason for various contagions, irritants, or some ailments. Symptoms can include pain, redness, or itching. If you use a gentle way to clean the area, and avoid harsh soaps, and use a soothing cream when necessary.
