It is not yet proven if acetylcholine levels can be increased. However, according to some studies, consuming choline, a nutrient, could help. Foods that contain choline are meat, fish, eggs, beans, cruciferous vegetables, whole grains, dairy products, nuts and seeds.

Having symptoms like muscle twitches, tingling in your hands and feet, leg weakness, ankle pain, and difficulty speaking could indicate a nerve disorder. Abnormal EMG and NCS test results suggest nerve problems, possibly due to conditions like peripheral neuropathy or nerve injury. It's important to follow up with your doctor for further tests and treatment, which may include specialized tests, medications, or physical therapy, depending on the cause.

Headaches on one side of your head, throbbing with each pulse. Loud noises and bright lights feel like knives. Sometimes, nausea even joins in. This unwelcome guest? A migraine. Certain foods, stress, lack of sleep, or hormonal changes can trigger it. But you can fight back! Stay hydrated, breathe deeply, and find calm. Pay attention to what triggers it. Hello guys, I am a male 24 years old. So in early 201 9 i started to get weird symptoms than at the end develop constant feeling of them.lt all started with just sinus pressure and dizzines, but it develop in to constant unsteadiness like i am walking on a boat 24/7.It does never stop not even for a single second. It does not matter if i am laying, sitting or walking the sensation is there always. This sensation is accompanied with sort of like bouncy vision which is constant same as the unsteadiness.lts hard for me to focus on objects because i have a sensation that they are moving or bouncing. This dual sensation varies in intensity depending on the day. Those both sensation are going on for 5 years.l have developed anxiety with it and often find myself panicking over this symptoms I did an MRI scan that showed no malignat changes on the brain and a C6-C7 discus hernia and relative spinal stenosis. I also went to few ENT doctors, that recommended me to do a deviated septum surgery which i got. They said it could be to air pressure in my ears and oxygen deficiency which ultimately did not prove to be right. I went to a few neurologist that all said the same, that there is nothing wrong according to them I also went to an eye doctor who said i do not have anything wrong with my eyes despite my bouncy vision.Even when i explained my symptoms she said that she had never heard of something like this On the recommendation of my ENT doctor i did caloric test that show the next parametars: Right ear showed 2.20 and left ear showed 2.50 (keep in mind i do not know what this means) I also have checked my blood vessels on my neck to check for circulation and it came out fine I am literally out of options and i do not know what to do next. Anyone out there with simillar kind of symptoms? Can anybody give me some advice for what to do next?

Age 60 years diabetis 160 to 220 bp 90 to 136 angioplasty done in March 2023 at present getting dizziness while walking in the evening or imbalance what is reason what test to do what is treatment Pls inform
Male | 60
Dizziness or imbalance when one is walking may be due to different causes such as blood sugar changes, high blood pressure, or even reactions to the drugs you take. It is crucial to keep track of your blood glucose, especially since you are a diabetic. I suggest you have some of these tests done: blood pressure monitoring, glucose levels, and possibly a neurological assessment to exclude some of the more serious concerns. This could include the manipulation of your medication regime, and nutritional care that is in line with the recommendations or exercises. Please ask a neurologist for a personalized approach that will help you to achieve an appropriate treatment and necessary support.

What is a sleep stroke?
Female | 30
There is no medical condition specifically referred to as a "sleep stroke." However, strokes can occur at any time, including during sleep. A stroke happens when blood flow to the brain is disrupted, either due to a blocked blood vessel (ischemic stroke) or bleeding in the brain (hemorrhagic stroke). The risk factors for stroke include hypertension, diabetes, smoking, and other cardiovascular conditions. If someone experiences symptoms like sudden numbness, confusion, trouble speaking, or severe headache, even during sleep, immediate medical attention is crucial.

Male | 14
Bell’s palsy is a condition where facial muscles on one side of the face are not functioning properly, thus causing the affected part to droop. Smoking or vaping can make your recovery take longer. These kinds of practices can be a good reason to avoid them when you are sick because more time your body requires to recover.
