It sounds like maybe a zit or an inflamed hair follicle could be the reason for the pain or itching you might be having on your penis. These can occur due to sweat or humid conditions, lack of cleanliness, or tight clothing. The pain and discomfort can be mitigated by keeping the area clean and dry. Refrain from wearing tight clothes, and if there is pus, gently remove it by applying warm water. Please visit a dermatologist if it doesn't improve.

I'm suffering with ringworm infection since 2 years ago shortly it's gone now 1 months ago it's starting again it's very painful in my local area there are not good doctors.
Female | 22
Ringworm is a skin disease that is caused by a fungus. In this way, the skin can turn red, be itchy, and feel suffering as a result of its injury. You can use the antifungal creams sold at the pharmacy to treat the ringworm. Make sure to clean and dry the area. Personal items like towels should not be shared. If it doesn't get better, you should consider getting help from a dermatologist.

I have swollen and pop in skin when i walk i have popping in skin on my feet
Male | 30
You have some swelling and creaking in your skin. This may occur due to fluid congestion in your tissues. It could be due to prolonged standing or walking. Try to keep your feet rested and elevated. Besides that, put on shoes that won't hurt your feet. If the issue persists, consult a dermatologist for professional guidance.

I am 29 years old female suffering from ringworm/ bacterial scalp infection. I have consulted family doctor. He suggested flucolab -150 and some other medicine too. I am worried about hair fall and bald patches on skin. Please recommend shampoo to reduce redness and infection
Female | 29
Bacterial infection and ringworm are two different things. Ringworm is fungal infection that presents rings generally over the areas where there is more sweating like thigh area, under the breast or armpit area and that is to be treated by anti-fungal medication for long time like 1-2 months. Bacterial infection is the one which is present with the puss and boils and has to be treated with antibiotics. Fungal infection on the scalp is very uncommon in adults and its only a problem of pre-school children. Proper diagnosis is required for the treatment to work. Consult a dermatologist for the same.

Pretty sure ive got an ingrown toenail, and im pretty sure its infected. Ive been cutting it myself for over a year but its too painful. Side of my toe’s kind of swollen, its very red/pink. Also if I pull the skin on the side of the ingrown toe part away, pus will kinda leak out a bit. And as of today, its hurting to walk. If i even bump the top of my toe, i get searing pain in my toe. And as of right now, my foot and calf have this kind of ache-y pain.
Female | 20
The swelling, redness, and pus leakage plus pain are the symptoms of infected. The infection might get worse if no treatment is done. The pain and the ache in your foot and calf might be caused by the spreading of the infection. You have to see a dermatologist. They could recommend antibiotics or surgery to take away the ingrown toenail.

How to tighten pore on face
Female | 28
Your face has tiny openings called pores. Sometimes, they seem bigger. Causes can be oily skin, sun hurt, or age. Keeping your face clean helps shrink them. Wash regularly with a gentle cleanser and products with salicylic acid to unclog pores. Use a moisturizer that won't block pores, keeping them smaller. The sun damages pores, making them look bigger. Protect with sunscreen daily. Diet and water can also improve skin appearance.

I have wart like mole on my pelvic region since 2 years. It does not itch or burn but bleeds if I pick at it from the sides. It is soft. But it is not from HPV because I am not sexually active. Kindly suggest treatment or medicine because I am getting married soon.
Female | 29
A small growth has appeared in your pelvic area. It may be a skin tag or benign mole. These are common and usually harmless. Having been present for 2 years without issue suggests no major concern. But getting checked before marriage still makes sense. A dermatologist can verify that the growth is benign. They could also discuss removal options, if desired.

Female | 17
Acne occurs when skin pores get clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Accutane (isotretinoin) is a strong medication used to treat severe acne by controlling sebum production. However, it can have serious side effects, so it's important to talk to a dermatologist. They can help you weigh the pros and cons and decide if it's the right option for you.

I think an insect has bite me while I was sleeping, maybe an insect which is found in rainy season. It has bitten me on my butt and the area looks like a medium sized pimple with a white transparent layer on it. Since then I’m also experiencing a bit of cold and feverish
Female | 24
You have had a mosquito or some other insect biting you. The white transparent layer could be your body's way of protecting from the bite. Feeling cold and feverish after an insect bite is common as your body fights off any possible infection. Ensure the area is clean and put a mild antiseptic cream on the wound. If you experience any of the alarming signs i.e. increasing pain or redness, see a dermatologist.

Skin flake, crusty and black after skin peel
Female | 23
Some skin flaking, crusty appearance, and black discoloration after a peel is normal. This occurs because the peel removes your top skin layer, exposing new skin underneath. Sometimes, temporary discoloration and dryness can result. To aid recovery, moisturize gently and avoid picking flaky areas. Over time, as healing progresses, your skin condition should improve. If it doesn't, visit a dermatologist.

Hello.. i am priti.2 day ago cat bite me.but not bleeding only two min. Burning and red dot and morning no dot .what should i do.
Female | 30
From what you are telling me, a cat must have bitten you. And even though it didn't bleed, you saw a burning sensation and a red dot after the event. This is a possible result of bacteria from the cat's mouth. It is important to wash the area with soap and water. Check for any swelling, pain, or redness. If you see anything out of the ordinary, don't hesitate to see a doctor.

Face wash for whitening for men glow removes blushing
Male | 21
You should understand that skin color is natural and special for each person. Men, like everyone else, must use a gentle face wash for daily cleaning without harsh chemicals. Products for whitening can be bad and may not remove blushing well. Blushing often happens because of emotions or surroundings. Instead of looking for whitening products, focus on caring for your skin with a good diet, drinking enough water, and protecting it from the sun.

I have skin ache for almost a week and it mostly start at night. When ever I scratch it the place will swollen a little and some turn to wound. I have applied different oilment but it only reliefs and continue the next day. Kindly advise
Male | 37
You might be having eczema, a skin condition. Eczema can lead your skin to get itchy, swell up, and be susceptible to wounds when scratched. This condition can aggravate at night due to the temperature and humidity changes. The ointments can give a momentary comfort, but it is crucial to recognize the triggers like some soaps or foods. Use a mild, unscented moisturizer and scratch less to avoid further irritation. If the symptoms do not go away, then it is better to see a dermatologist who can assess and manage the problem properly.

I had one pimple in my lips and I break it .now my lips become so swelling and then i went to hospital they give allergy tablets but no result for me
Male | 31
Most often, this reaction is due to the inflammation or the infection. Even though antihistamines are one alternative, they may fail to be of use if edema is due to something else. To make you feel more comfortable, clean and moisturize the affected area first and foremost. Steer clear of irritants and think twice before you squeeze any more out. If the swelling persists or worsens, see a dermatologist to get the issue diagnosed correctly.

Genital warts result from a virus which spreads via sex; they resemble tiny bumpy growths and may appear pink or flesh-colored, sometimes causing itchiness or pain. A dermatologist should be consulted for treatment; this could involve prescribing a cream or carrying out procedures to remove them. The use of protection during sexual activity can help prevent their transmission.

I have discovered a small lump on my foreskin. It looks like a small whitehead and doesn't hurt unless it's poked about, similar to a spot. Just want to know if this is normal?
Male | 16
You described a whitehead as a clogged sebaceous gland or harmless zit. These occur from time to time when sweat and oil get trapped. Unless it hurts or grows larger there is likely nothing to worry about. Keep it clean and don’t pick at it. Talking to a dermatologist is always a good idea if it changes or you are uneasy.
