How do I treat persistent face and back acne?
I am 17 year old i have pimple or acne in face and back since 8 month i consulted to my near dermatologist but i dont get any reslut what should i do

Acne can pop up on both your face and back, and it can be irritating. This is when the oil, as well as dead skin cells, block the pores and result in acne. The result is inflamed bumps and whiteheads. You can try a mild cleanser to clear your skin and pimples stay clear by not touching or squeezing them. Drink enough water and eat healthy food to stimulate the regeneration of the skin. If your acne does not diminish, talk to a dermatologist who can suggest other treatment options.

For very big open pores, the oil secretion needs to be controlled, because if oil secretion is not controlled, the pores wont reduce. For oil correction using salicylic acid based face washes, avoiding hair oil are important measures. Apart from that micro-needling or micro-needling radiofrequency, CO2 Laser are better options than just dermabrasion though microdermabrasion might have little effect on open pores.
