How to treat skin irritation from peeling oil?
I'm 28 years old male and I'm using extra strong peeling oil on my face for two days and I get a skin irritation, redness and black spots on my all over face and I stop using the product.... What can I do now to my face now

It seems the strong peeling oil you have used is aggravating your skin. Issues such as irritation, redness, and dark patches arise when the products’ concentration is excessive for your skin type. To make your skin feel soft, cleanse it gently with a soft and hydrating cleanser, and then apply fragrance-free moisturizer. The sun’s rays can burn your skin, especially if you are sensitive to it. Alert the doctor to the prolonged irritation problem or, even better, see the dermatologist for a personalized treatment plan.

I am a 22 year old male and I am having rashes on my skin. It has been a month since it started. It is like black spots
Male | 22
These spots can be from a skin problem called dermatitis. Many common things like some soaps or clothes can make your skin mad. To fix the spots, try to stay away from the things that bother your skin. You can also put on a lotion to help your skin heal. But if the spots don't go away, it is smart to talk to a dermatologist for more help.

i’m not sure if i have a cold sore or if it’s something else. what do i do??
Female | 17
Usually, cold sores appear as red, swollen bumps on or around your lips. They can hurt a little and may have clear fluid inside them. The virus responsible for cold sores is known as herpes simplex. You could try using over-the-counter creams or ointments to make them heal quicker. Always wash your hands and avoid touching the sore so it doesn't spread.

Skin infections can lead to swelling, redness, and sometimes even to the appearance of bubbles or blisters. This is the result of bacteria getting into the skin via a cut or wound, for example, a bite. The most important thing you can do is to visit a dermatologist and get the right treatment. They can prescribe you some antibiotics and give you ointments that can assist you in getting rid of the infection. To ensure that the area heals faster, it is important to keep it clean and dry.

Hi doctor, I am a 34 years female. Mother of two. Normal delivery. Last delivery about 4 years ago. Now experiencing severe hairfall all of a sudden. Also very itchy scalp and wherever I touch the scalp, I could feel wounds. Cannot bear this itchiness and soreness. Dandruff also present. Kindly suggest me some solution as my hair comes away even if I touch it.. root is very weak. Slowly marching towards baldness.
Female | 33
It sounds like you are struggling with hair loss as well as serious scalp issues. This could be the outcome of different causes such as stress, hormonal changes, or even a scalp problem like dermatitis or fungal infections. The first thing you need to do is to make sure your scalp is clean and well-hydrated. These types of shampoos can be the solution for you to relieve the itching and dandruff. Stay away from harsh treatments or products that are used to style your hair. You should consult a dermatologist for an in-depth check-up and personalized treatment options.

I’m an 18 year old female, and last week on Friday/Saturday I started coming up in raised itchy bumps, it looks like a rash, but we presumed it was psorisis due to me having occasional ecsma so I’ve been using aquous cream etc but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be going is is spreading, so we think it may be a rash/allergic reaction now
Female | 18
You have a rash that is itchy and spreading to me. An allergic reaction or skin irritation might be the reason behind this. It's possible that what you touched earlier was triggering it. You should use anti-itch cream and stop scratching. Shouldn't it get better, a dermatologist will be better to talk to as they provide such services.

Post acne marks and post acne scars can be permanent if not treated in time. It is important to treat the ongoing acne and orevent further acne while simultateously treating the post acne marks and scars. Saicylic peels, topical retinoids, comedone extraction are prescribed by the Dermatologists to treat the black heads which are the initial stage of acne. Acne marks can be treated with superficial peels like gycolic acid peels, TCA peels, laser toning etc. Acne scars depending on their type and severity, a stand-alone or combination of treatments including subcision, erbium yag or CO laser, microneedling radofrequencuy or TCA cross etc are used. I'm suffering from Rashes and itching
Male | 26
Your skin has red, rough patches that itch badly. These rashes look bumpy or scaly. Itchy skin makes you want to scratch constantly. Many things cause this issue: allergies, eczema, insect bites. Fragrance-free moisturizer soothes inflamed areas. See a dermatologist if rashes worsen or don't improve.

Seeing a dermatologist for dark spots on your face is recommended to know what causes them. Lupus perchance is a skin disease with dark spots which no one can tell accurately unless a doctor does

dark brown discoloured toenail
Female | 21
This could indicate an injury, like something heavy dropped on your toe. Or, it might mean a fungal infection has taken hold. Keep watching the affected nail carefully in case symptoms worsen. If pain increases, discoloration spreads, or other nails become involved, see a dermatologist.

My Son age is 19 years old and is undergoing vitiligo treatment.. No improvement in the white spots. Is there any advance treatment to avoid growth of white spots..? and reduce white spots Pl suggest
Male | 19
Vitiligo is a condition that involves a decrease in pigmentation. Modern treatments can minimize the spots, for example, by using phototherapy, topical corticosteroids, or skin grafts. It is important to take care of the possible triggers exacerbating your son's vitiligo. Exposure to sunlight and stress factors can aggravate the disorder, so ensure your son is protected from the sun and help him manage stress. Dermatologist visits have to be performed regularly which is very important to check the treatment progress and to decide on more advanced therapies if needed.

The numerous factors that lead to skin allergies on the backside and legs include irritants, allergenic agents, infection or autoimmune disorders. It is necessary to consult a dermatologist that will conduct sufficiently comprehensive evaluation and suggest adequate options for treatment. Self-diagnosis and self treatment can make the situation only worse complicating it.

If the hairs are falling from front at the age of 11 years that might be due to tractional alopecia or very tight tying of hair. There should be loose or normal tying of hairs. It is always better to consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Female | 26
You have a wrist rash that resembles a ringworm infection. Ringworm can be responsible for the appearance of a red and itchy circular rash. At times, the rashes that may resemble the ringworm actually might be something else. It is very important to visit a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. They might suggest a different cream or treatment to make the rash disappear.

I have these little rashes on my neck and I need them to go away I need some type of cream or medicine that would help it so my neck wouldn’t have all of these rashes on my neck it’s so annoying
Female | 20
These welts might result from skin irritations, allergies, or even some skin disorders such as eczema. To help them disappear, you could get an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream. This cream will reduce the swelling. Avoid itching or scratching to prevent further irritation. Also, remember to clean the affected area and keep it dry. But if these rashes are still there after doing all these things then go see a dermatologist.

I have wart like mole on my pelvic region since 2 years. It does not itch or burn but bleeds if I pick at it from the sides. It is soft. But it is not from HPV because I am not sexually active. Kindly suggest treatment or medicine because I am getting married soon.
Female | 29
A small growth has appeared in your pelvic area. It may be a skin tag or benign mole. These are common and usually harmless. Having been present for 2 years without issue suggests no major concern. But getting checked before marriage still makes sense. A dermatologist can verify that the growth is benign. They could also discuss removal options, if desired.
