It seems like you’re feeling a lot of burning. The cause may be a urinary tract infection, what you eat, or even acid reflux. Drink lots of water and stay away from spicy foods. If it doesn’t get better, see a urologist.

I have been getting flare ups on my ankles that are itchy and hot, they come and go every few weeks and I’m a little concerned
Female | 18
You may have eczema, a condition that can lead to itchy, inflamed patches of skin that usually show up on the back of your knees. This happens when your skin gets too dry and irritated. To relieve your symptoms, try using a mild moisturizer and staying away from strong soaps or detergents. If this doesn’t help, talk to a dermatologist who can give you more advice.

Mere scalp me 1yrs se papdi padh rhi hai aur Mein selsun shampoo lagati Hu but Kuch asar nhi hai to Kya lagaya

This could be seborrheic dermatitis, a condition causing red, flaky patches. Regular dandruff shampoos may not cut it here. Try using a medicated shampoo with ketoconazole or coal tar instead. If that pesky rash sticks around, it's smart to chat with a dermatologist. They can properly check it out and suggest treatments to make that rash hit the road.

Hello, Recently I have noticed what looks like a rash on my foot, but it isn't itchy and It doesn't usually hurt when I am walking. I've had it for a few weeks it doesn't seem to be getting worse but it doesn't seem to be improving. I'm worried it could be something serious
Female | 32
A rash without itchiness or pain seems harmless, yet various factors could cause it. It might stem from a fungal infection, eczema, or contact dermatitis. However, some non-itchy rashes indicate more severe underlying issues. To ensure proper diagnosis and treatment, consulting a dermatologist remains the safest bet.

My wife is having rashes and itchiness from last 5 years. Whole body. Inside ears and eyes too.
Female | 34
Your wife may be suffering from a known ailment named eczema. Eczema is a skin disease that can cause patches and itching all over the body, including the ears and eyes. It happens when the skin doesn't function as a good barrier. Skin hydration is a key factor to always remember. One way to avoid allergies is by using mild soaps and non-irritating materials. If the symptoms do not go away, get checked by a dermatologist.

I am 18 years old and my lips are okay they are pinj but the area under my nose commonly known as upper lips is dark and gets more dark during summers ....this is not because of hair growth on upper lips but i dont know why its getting darker ...i have tried so many remedies like icing honey and all but that didnt work ...and it gets rough ...without putting cream on that surface i cannot survive because of its roughness
Female | 18
The dark spots could be from more melanin, which happens when the sun hits your skin. The rough feel might be dry skin. To help, try using a soft cream with SPF to keep your skin from the sun and wet. Also, remember to drink lots of water. You can also visit a dermatologist if the problem doesn't go away.

The symptoms you described, which include itching, ringworm-like sores, wet blisters, and red/black spots, are characteristic of an allergic reaction. Boils and raised skin on the penis, the waist, and the abdomen may also be linked. Never scratching is the way to go if you want to avoid extra irritation. A calming soothing lotion would be helpful. If the symptoms continue or worsen, it is important to go to the dermatologist for the correct diagnosis and treatment.

Male | 17
Your friend might be the one with gynecomastia, which means swollen breast tissues in boys or men. It can be possible if the hormones are not in a proper balance during puberty. Usually, gynecomastia goes by itself, but sometimes, if it causes problems, it can be treated. Your friend should speak with a dermatologist to get more details and see if any treatment is necessary.

Hydroquinone for skin lightening
Male | 18
Let me give you the lowdown on hydroquinone: it’s a common ingredient found in skin lightening products. This is because it works by reducing melanin in the skin. So if you have dark spots such as age or sun spots, using hydroquinone could help fade them away. However, don’t forget that you must be cautious not to misuse it since this can cause some undesired effects. As a rule, always follow directions given by the manufacturer when using any cosmetic product and also watch out for any allergic reactions.

I am 21 years old female student unmarried I have pimples on my labia majora for two weeks
Female | 21
It seems to be a specific example of the ailment you are facing, which might be due to irritation, hormonal changes, or mild infections. Pimples in the pubic area can be borne also because of hygiene measures or clothes rubbing. Keeping the area clean and avoiding harsh soaps is important. Wearing clothing that can breathe and trying to limit the number of irritants you have are also possible alternatives. If you see the bumps and they don't go away, get more painful or you find an unusual discharge, it's better to contact a dermatologist.

It sounds like you may have a stye. A stye is a red, painful lump situated near the eyelid's edge. People may suffer swelling, tenderness, and at times even pus formation. Generally, bacteria are responsible for causing styes when they invade the oil glands around the eyelids. You should administer warm compresses to your eye several times every day without squeezing or bursting the infected area to treat it. It might be wise to consult an eye specialist if no improvement occurs, or the condition deteriorates.

It sounds like you could be experiencing balanitis, inflammation of the foreskin of the penis, often caused by irritation or a yeast infection. Symptoms may include white pimples, swelling, and itchiness. Keeping the area clean and dry, avoiding irritants, and using over-the-counter antifungal cream can help relieve symptoms. Problems like the skin shortage of pigmentation appear in white patches due to vitiligo disease. Painless lumps in neck. Moveable, been there a while
Female | 16
If the lumps move around easily, they're likely harmless. These lumps might be caused by swollen glands, cysts, or fatty tissue. If there are no changes or issues, just keep an eye on them. However, if they start getting bigger, it's important to see a doctor.

The skin problem which is presented with red circles & itching in the private parts is most likely due to the fungal infection. Nowadays there are lots of such problems in fungal infections in terms of the resistance of fungal infections and also in terms of the duration of treatment that is required. Ideally, you need to go through the antifungal treatment and go to the dermatologist who will guide you with the right anti-fungal treatment for a prolonged period of time. Till all the rashes go back because even if a few rashes are also left it will come back. That is why visit the nearest dermatologist.
