Why does eczema on my finger spread?
I am 22 years old and I am facing with eczema on my finger it's kind of a dry itchy and small swellings on that finger and that spreading on other fingers of my hand too I have tried many creams but it helps temporarily and again the condition continues.. what should I do?

My baby daughter whose age is 2 years and 10 months got some rashes ( without irritation/itching) two weeks back. Pediatrician recommended atarax, a to z syrup and one dose of ivermectin/albendazole syrup. They decreased for two days and again came on second day. Then he proposed predone syrup. They went away from then. After three to four days further we stopped medication as suggested by pediatrician. Now it is 14th day. Today morning again slight rashes appeared. But not like earlier. Should we wait for two more days so that they reduce themselves or consult a pediatrici dermatologist

I'm having bumps of clogged pores. Face became rough with tiny little bumps all over face. cheeks became swollen in small round like shape on both sides. Skin is sensitive to sun. skin gets dark easily when exposed to sun (using purito daily go to sunscreen). Uneven skin tone, sometimes dry and sometimes oily. Dry rough patches on chin and sometimes it peels off. Also having milky color on some parts of my face. I used to use a herbal way to get rid of it. It comes and goes. For past 5 years, my hair completely changed and damaged. Upper part of hair is extremely high porosity. I'm 19 years old, I had irritation in my inner thigh thought to be thigh chaffing, it stopped then had a surgery for ovarian cyst removal surgery. After a week I had a watery profuse discharge from down there with a weird bad smell stopped after 3 days but caused severe irritation in my inner thigh and labia majora. Went to a dermatologist (and that was 3 months ago) he prescribed for me daktacort thrice daily and triflucan 150mg once weekly as I had tinia cruris (not sure of spelling). My skin got better but I still have slight irritation in my labia majora and minora and white solid like discharge in the middle of the day (not sure if it's okay) my dermatologist told me to continue till my symptoms stop completely and add 2 weeks but I have doubts about the dose and prescription because I didn't think it would last this long. Please help me relief my doubts.
