Why do I have unexplained bruises for 3 years?
I am 23 year old female.. I have continuous bruise on my leg and arm without hitting last 3 year.. I didn't eat any medicine.. so what should I do now?

An occurrence of bruising without any previous history of trauma or injury is a condition that needs attention. You are doing right not to take medicines right away. Bruising without an obvious cause could be due to low platelet count, clotting disorders, or Vitamin deficiencies. The optimal way to find out is through an in-person appointment with a specialist who will draw blood in a lab to diagnose the disease.

I have Vit D 38 and B12 302 and haemoglobin 10 (iron deficiency 35) Do I need to take supplements ?
Female | 48
Based on your levels, it appears that you may benefit from supplements. A Vitamin D level of 38 is on the lower side, while your Vitamin B12 is within a typical range. However, your hemoglobin is low, suggesting anemia likely due to iron deficiency. Symptoms can include fatigue, weakness, and pale skin. I recommend discussing iron and Vitamin D supplementation with your physician to determine the right dosage and duration.

I have done health checkup for blood test ..need to know if everything is normal ..I feel fatigue sometimes
Male | 42
Looking tired sometimes can have so many different explanations. The results of your blood screening can show some hints. In case your iron level turns out to be low, your body will be susceptible to fatigue. Having a diet rich in spinach and beans can help increase your iron level. Deficiency of sleep can be a reason for tiredness, too. Regularize the habit of going to bed early and having quality sleep. If the blood test results show any problems, your doctor can find you the appropriate remedy.
