A full-body tan or darkening of the skin can be due to hormonal changes or pigmentation after childbirth. The heat you feel may be caused by blood flow and energy loss from breastfeeding and caring for your baby. Stay hydrated and take plenty of rest to help cool down. Over time, your body will gradually return to its original color and shape. If the heat persists or you're concerned, contact your gynecologist

Hello, i just had a few questions about masturbation. I was wondering if masturbating as a guy can affect confidence. I was also wondering if it can affect your immune system? Thanks

Male | 18

It is a normal and natural sexual activity that is common. It isn't associated with negative effects on confidence or self-esteem, nor does it affect the immune system.

Hi My periods just started. There is a Puja in one day. Is there any medication to stop my period for a day? Please advise. Thank you very much.

If you're looking to temporarily delay your period for a specific event, you might consider consulting a gynecologist near you for advice. They can provide guidance on options that might be available, such as hormonal birth control methods like combined oral contraceptives, which can sometimes be used to adjust the timing of your menstrual cycle.

A month ago my boyfriend pulled out his penis and condom, and ejaculated by hand onto my body. Some came onto my vagina and we wiped it off. How likely is it to get pregnant this way?

Female | 35

Please take a home pregnancy test or a blood test to confirm, because there can be chances of pregnancy.
